My children & hubby loves Ramen. We don't follow the instructions though so that we can reduce sodium intake (drain water & lightly sprinkle a little of the seasoning).

I buy these packets but do not use them for any Ramen. These are the noodles I use when I make Chocken Noodle Soup, Chicken Casseroles and even a pasta veggie salad. I find them lighter than the regular egg noodles. I discard the seasoning packet.

NissinTop Ramen are the original chicken ramen noodles. These taste great and are very filling. My husband loves these as much as the kids. The make a tasty lunch and are very reasonably priced.

We were eating Roman noodles until I seen on YouTube under a microscope they have little hairs and bugs in it. So now I will not eat it. The scientist turned me off by microscoping noodles.

These Ramen noodles are economical for soups, etc. Except we don’t use the packet that comes inside we Use our own spices. In each package is just enough for two people like my husband and I.
