So we all know that these Ramen soup packs aren't the healthiest food out there. Haven't bought it in years, but decided I'd get some for the winter ahead for a quick and easy hot meal. The nutrition can be dramatically increased with the addition of some vegetables (I like frozen mixed) and protein of your choice. Great way to use up some leftovers. Good flavor and sodium can be reduced by using less of the flavor packet if that's a concern.

Try my favorite way to eat this Ramen product-You will thank me later and fall in love with this fun, super fast, easy and delicious new way to enjoy a Sounthern staple that kids and adults will become obsessed with! Asian Mac-n cheese: Water (1c), Noodles w/ seasoning package (boil 2 mins), crack one whole egg and let it poach (2 mins.lowest boil), then add one slice of american cheese. Stir cheese slice around the egg so as not to break the yolk, cool and enjoy! Note: I like to break the noodle making them smaller and easier to eat with a spoon or fork. You can poach egg separately but it's okay if the egg white moves through the noodles-simply addictive. Bon Appetite!
