I bought a glider bench a couple years ago. It sits outside in the weather. It was built for outside conditions and has held up very nicely. It needed the plastic feet replaced though. I called the company and was told that the part needed was on back order and detained due to the shipping problems; could not say when I would receive these items but was put on a list to receive them when they arrived. I got an email that they were on the way; probably has been about 6 months or more since I called. I have received them now. I want to state how satisfied I am with customer service rep, Camille, and I am impressed with this company's integrity! Thank you very much.

Bought this bench last year and really enjoy it on the patio. Tornado passing overhead dropped large tree limb on the seat and broke (3) slats. Lifetime customer service rep was knowledgeable, cordial and helpful. I ordered (3) replacement slats and received them faster than anticipated. I've purchased several Lifetime products over the years and have had no problem - enjoyed them all.

I bought my glider a couple of years ago and one of the slats broke. Several others were faded and warn. I ask for a replacement via chat on their website and quickly received a response they would send out replacement slats out soon. Awesome customer service!

Functional and comfortable for two adults, attractive design and reasonable cost. Relative ease of assembly with a helper if care is taken due to base and seat sections moving (gliding) relative to each other. However, after only two months of infrequent use in partial shade and no inclement weather, three seat slats warped. breaking the fasteners. The fastening screws are machined incorrectly creating a weakness just under the screw head. Also the screws are one size too small for the force exerted by the warped slats. Some of the screws broke in the middle. The clearance holes for the screws are also too small, creating extra stress on the screw head when the holes should pass the screw freely, instead of cutting into the seat frame.

I purchased a glider bench seat in 2014 - it still looks like new - but one of the slats came loose as a couple of screws were missing as a couple of the screw holes over the years got a bit loose, the sales rep replaced the slat and replacement screws at no charge to me! Needless to say I was truly impressed. I enjoy all our lifetime products.

We love this bench. Looked carefully at both glider benches that Lifetime offers. Both seem really good. Being tall, this one fit me better and the seat is very comfortable, good on my sore back. My wife is shorter but it still works great. Love the look in our rustic picnic pavilion.

We finally received the correct item we ordered after receiving a table from the same company, Lifetime. We did receive the glider bench sooner than I thought we were going to after it had to be reordered. The box was in great condition when we received it. My husband indicated the glider was fairly easy to put together. He said everything was well marked with the exception of what was the back and the seat, since both have a similar curve. He also used his own tools because the 'tool' included with the glider were really not helpful. The glider looks great and is very comfortable!

Had this glider for years. Still glides like day one. It is heavy and will most likely hurt your shins if you try to move it (mechanism is awkward when being moved), but quit moving it, find a flat spot and glide away your cares. It is a pretty good glider.

I bought two of these gliders at least six years ago. They are in perfect working condition but the Trex slats on one was sluffing off 'Trex dust.' It was a long sho0 butt, when I told Lifetime, the firm sent all new slats and screws for the one glider. Fantastic response to a six year old item that is no longer in production. The slats are replaced and the glider is good for another six years or more!

We bought this glider in March. We really like it but your manufacturing process need refining. The assemblers use too much torque when assembling the slats, causing the heads of the screws to break off. The broken screws cannot be drilled out without ruining the slats so I have had to contact you twice for replacements. Your customer service team is outstanding! They handled my concerns promptly and professionally.
