I love the glider. Wanted something to enjoy without having to put up cushions to keep them dry. Just take a towel and swipe across it and it's ready to use. The sun doesn't hurt it, over swings with the top that are ruined with the sun and weather that we have had. Should last us a long time.

Love the quality of the lifetime gliders. Previously owned three of the solid (without slats) ones for many years. Had to leave behind during a move. This slatted style is very uncomfortable to sit on. The back is tilted way to far back and it’s not very back friendly.

One of the bearings went out on our swing glider a couple of weeks ago. The part wasn't listed on the website, but when I called and gave Chris our Model number, Item number, and the part number from the assembly instructions, he assured me it would be taken care of. A few days later the part arrived, no charge, even though the unit was out of warranty.

My wife had been talking about a glider bench for our front porch for quite some time, so I purchased this product at the end of November (2017) after some research about what is available. I assembled it with my teenage son, we gave it to her Christmas morning, and she enjoys it already (even though it is winter). Assembly was straightforward, all of the parts were there and very clearly marked. It is comfortable and we found no issues with fit or finish. Although the included tools were helpful, assembly went much faster with a socket wrench. It appears to be well-made and durable. We are looking forward to more use in the summer and I will update the review as we have a chance to use it more.

I purchased a glider bench seat in 2014 - it still looks like new - but one of the slats came loose as a couple of screws were missing as a couple of the screw holes over the years got a bit loose, the sales rep replaced the slat and replacement screws at no charge to me! Needless to say I was truly impressed. I enjoy all our lifetime products.

I bought this years ago and was having trouble with swing arm bearings. They had rusted with very little movement. When I asked how I could order new ones, they replied right away and said they would send new ones at no charge. Great to know that some companies stand my their products. Showed up 3 days later (Utah to Canada) and the bench was ready for the weekend. Thank you!!

In 2017 I purchased my first Lifetime Glider Bench to place in a memorial garden I created at our farm in memory of my husband after he passed away. I liked it so well, I purchased a second one for our home in town. This spring when I uncovered by town bench I noticed one of the "Rectangle Bearing Arms" was missing. I called to order one and my call was taken by Alejandro who was extremely pleasant to deal with and actually is sending me two bearing arms at no charge so that I will have a spare in case I should need one. I bought a glider bench a couple years ago. It sits outside in the weather. It was built for outside conditions and has held up very nicely. It needed the plastic feet replaced though. I called the company and was told that the part needed was on back order and detained due to the shipping problems; could not say when I would receive these items but was put on a list to receive them when they arrived. I got an email that they were on the way; probably has been about 6 months or more since I called. I have received them now. I want to state how satisfied I am with customer service rep, Camille, and I am impressed with this company's integrity! Thank you very much.

We really like this glider bench. It was fairly simple to assemble, but I would recommend having 2 people to do it. We debated on purchasing a porch swing, but decided on the glider instead. The glider is just as pleasant as a porch swing, but less intrusive as we didn't have to attach anything to the porch ceiling which has metal soffit material. We've only had it a few weeks, so only time will tell how it holds up.

I bought the glider bench! So cool ! I bought it as a returned item amazon purchase. It was returned bc of a damaged slat. I was prepared to buy a replacement slat. Lifetime said no worries and is mailing me one right away no charge. Very cool! I’ll be buying more stuff from this company!
