I purchased a Basketball goal and liked the quality as well as ease of putting it together so I decided to get my glider from Lifetime also. I had an old wooden one but with getting older and all the upkeep it took I thought I would get one with mostly no maintenance. This one was a bit more expensive than others I saw that were about the same but I read the reviews as well as the warranty and customer service with Lifetime and how much I loved the basketball goal I decided to go ahead and get it from Lifetime. I have not been disappointed. It was easy to put together came quickly and is very comfy to sit on. My husband and I enjoy sitting out in the back yard watching the birds squirrels and rabbits enjoying their day. Love it and would recommend it!

We have had our bench for several years. It still looks good as new and has been outside the whole time, even in winter. We finally had an issue with one slat coming lose due to a heavy wind blowing the bench over. I called the company and they sent me a new one for free. REMARKABLE!

I purchased a glider bench seat in 2014 - it still looks like new - but one of the slats came loose as a couple of screws were missing as a couple of the screw holes over the years got a bit loose, the sales rep replaced the slat and replacement screws at no charge to me! Needless to say I was truly impressed. I enjoy all our lifetime products.

We recently bought and assembled the Glider Bench. We noticed that it was missing one of the back side protective end caps. I called the customer service number and left a message. They called back within an hour and shipped the end cap to me. Thank you for your attentive customer service.

I bought two of these gliders at least six years ago. They are in perfect working condition but the Trex slats on one was sluffing off 'Trex dust.' It was a long sho0 butt, when I told Lifetime, the firm sent all new slats and screws for the one glider. Fantastic response to a six year old item that is no longer in production. The slats are replaced and the glider is good for another six years or more!

I bought my glider a couple of years ago and one of the slats broke. Several others were faded and warn. I ask for a replacement via chat on their website and quickly received a response they would send out replacement slats out soon. Awesome customer service!

I love the glider. It is a very solid piece of outdoor furniture. The assembly direction were very easy to follow. The only problem we had were the tools to assemble the glider. My daughter and I tried using the tools that came with the glider, unfortunately they were useless. We had to go get our own tools to assemble. It took us about 3 hours.

Bought this bench last year and really enjoy it on the patio. Tornado passing overhead dropped large tree limb on the seat and broke (3) slats. Lifetime customer service rep was knowledgeable, cordial and helpful. I ordered (3) replacement slats and received them faster than anticipated. I've purchased several Lifetime products over the years and have had no problem - enjoyed them all.

My package was damaged in shipping and the Customer Service person was kind, courteous and very helpful. A new part was being shipped immediately. You can tell that the quality of the product is excellent and the customer service matches the products sold.

I absolutely LOVE this glider. Hubby & his adult son put together in less than 30 minutes. It is very sturdy. Looks like it should stand the test of time/weather with the material it is made of. No squeaks, no chips, came in perfect condition. Looks very pricey yet I got for just around $200. I purchased the black & gray model.
