I have bought many Lifetime products over the years. The quality is great but it’s the guarantee and customer service that brings me back. I always register my products and have NEVER had an issue with replacement parts or service. They ask very few questions and are happy to help you.

Well built and easy to assemble! I was expecting to have to assemble the slats and was glad to see them already assembled. I wanted to remove one slat so I could easily inset a name plate and found that even after removing the screws the slat could not be easily removed. It must have been glued as well as screwed on.

I bought this years ago and was having trouble with swing arm bearings. They had rusted with very little movement. When I asked how I could order new ones, they replied right away and said they would send new ones at no charge. Great to know that some companies stand my their products. Showed up 3 days later (Utah to Canada) and the bench was ready for the weekend. Thank you!!

Just finished assembling the glider bench seat. Very sturdy and glides nice. Installation wasn’t bad - as the instructions say - two people required. My only suggestion is to not bother to include the lousy wrench and allen wrench and screwdriver. I soon realized that I needed to go get my own allen wrench set, vice grips and a real phillips head screwdriver. Otherwise, it would have made a 2 hour job about 4 hours and you could never really tighten all the screws as you cannot get sufficient leverage with the cheap things supplied. You should just mention in the beginning what tools are needed- would save people lots of time and frustration

Glider exceeded my expectations for quality. However, the packaging could use some work. The shipment was delayed and had some difficulty getting to me and the end of the box had come unglued and a part fell out when the Driver unloaded it. Fortunately nothing was damaged and all parts were accounted for. Would highligh suggest using banding both directions.

Functional and comfortable for two adults, attractive design and reasonable cost. Relative ease of assembly with a helper if care is taken due to base and seat sections moving (gliding) relative to each other. However, after only two months of infrequent use in partial shade and no inclement weather, three seat slats warped. breaking the fasteners. The fastening screws are machined incorrectly creating a weakness just under the screw head. Also the screws are one size too small for the force exerted by the warped slats. Some of the screws broke in the middle. The clearance holes for the screws are also too small, creating extra stress on the screw head when the holes should pass the screw freely, instead of cutting into the seat frame.

so far so good - cracked slat, but replaced within several days, swing still able to use - possible problem with one of the bearing arms, circular inserts have popped out on both ends, however I think I have fixed the problem - will monitor over the next few months. this glider bench/swing has been on our buy list for many months

We bought this glider in March. We really like it but your manufacturing process need refining. The assemblers use too much torque when assembling the slats, causing the heads of the screws to break off. The broken screws cannot be drilled out without ruining the slats so I have had to contact you twice for replacements. Your customer service team is outstanding! They handled my concerns promptly and professionally.

I love the glider. Wanted something to enjoy without having to put up cushions to keep them dry. Just take a towel and swipe across it and it's ready to use. The sun doesn't hurt it, over swings with the top that are ruined with the sun and weather that we have had. Should last us a long time.
