Well built and easy to assemble! I was expecting to have to assemble the slats and was glad to see them already assembled. I wanted to remove one slat so I could easily inset a name plate and found that even after removing the screws the slat could not be easily removed. It must have been glued as well as screwed on.

I bought this years ago and was having trouble with swing arm bearings. They had rusted with very little movement. When I asked how I could order new ones, they replied right away and said they would send new ones at no charge. Great to know that some companies stand my their products. Showed up 3 days later (Utah to Canada) and the bench was ready for the weekend. Thank you!!

One of the bearings went out on our swing glider a couple of weeks ago. The part wasn't listed on the website, but when I called and gave Chris our Model number, Item number, and the part number from the assembly instructions, he assured me it would be taken care of. A few days later the part arrived, no charge, even though the unit was out of warranty.

In 2017 I purchased my first Lifetime Glider Bench to place in a memorial garden I created at our farm in memory of my husband after he passed away. I liked it so well, I purchased a second one for our home in town. This spring when I uncovered by town bench I noticed one of the "Rectangle Bearing Arms" was missing. I called to order one and my call was taken by Alejandro who was extremely pleasant to deal with and actually is sending me two bearing arms at no charge so that I will have a spare in case I should need one. Had this glider for years. Still glides like day one. It is heavy and will most likely hurt your shins if you try to move it (mechanism is awkward when being moved), but quit moving it, find a flat spot and glide away your cares. It is a pretty good glider.

I purchased a glider bench seat in 2014 - it still looks like new - but one of the slats came loose as a couple of screws were missing as a couple of the screw holes over the years got a bit loose, the sales rep replaced the slat and replacement screws at no charge to me! Needless to say I was truly impressed. I enjoy all our lifetime products.

I bought this bench for the front porch to replace our current glider bench. The old bench is a lot more comfortable so I think I will keep it and just sand it and paint it. The bench from Lifetime Products could use a deeper seat. It's just not that comfortable to sit on.

The biggest complaint we had was trying to get all of the parts to line up precisely. It took a lot of strength to squeeze together just to get screws in holes and be lined up and tightened properly. Hoping we did it good enough so it lasts for many years to come as much as it cost me! Nice and smooth rocking motion and bench is comfy. Great addition to my patio!

We recently bought and assembled the Glider Bench. We noticed that it was missing one of the back side protective end caps. I called the customer service number and left a message. They called back within an hour and shipped the end cap to me. Thank you for your attentive customer service.

I bought my glider a couple of years ago and one of the slats broke. Several others were faded and warn. I ask for a replacement via chat on their website and quickly received a response they would send out replacement slats out soon. Awesome customer service!
