The biggest complaint we had was trying to get all of the parts to line up precisely. It took a lot of strength to squeeze together just to get screws in holes and be lined up and tightened properly. Hoping we did it good enough so it lasts for many years to come as much as it cost me! Nice and smooth rocking motion and bench is comfy. Great addition to my patio!

I bought the glider bench! So cool ! I bought it as a returned item amazon purchase. It was returned bc of a damaged slat. I was prepared to buy a replacement slat. Lifetime said no worries and is mailing me one right away no charge. Very cool! I’ll be buying more stuff from this company!

We finally received the correct item we ordered after receiving a table from the same company, Lifetime. We did receive the glider bench sooner than I thought we were going to after it had to be reordered. The box was in great condition when we received it. My husband indicated the glider was fairly easy to put together. He said everything was well marked with the exception of what was the back and the seat, since both have a similar curve. He also used his own tools because the 'tool' included with the glider were really not helpful. The glider looks great and is very comfortable!

My wife had been talking about a glider bench for our front porch for quite some time, so I purchased this product at the end of November (2017) after some research about what is available. I assembled it with my teenage son, we gave it to her Christmas morning, and she enjoys it already (even though it is winter). Assembly was straightforward, all of the parts were there and very clearly marked. It is comfortable and we found no issues with fit or finish. Although the included tools were helpful, assembly went much faster with a socket wrench. It appears to be well-made and durable. We are looking forward to more use in the summer and I will update the review as we have a chance to use it more.

Had this glider for years. Still glides like day one. It is heavy and will most likely hurt your shins if you try to move it (mechanism is awkward when being moved), but quit moving it, find a flat spot and glide away your cares. It is a pretty good glider.

We really like this glider bench. It was fairly simple to assemble, but I would recommend having 2 people to do it. We debated on purchasing a porch swing, but decided on the glider instead. The glider is just as pleasant as a porch swing, but less intrusive as we didn't have to attach anything to the porch ceiling which has metal soffit material. We've only had it a few weeks, so only time will tell how it holds up.

I bought a glider bench a couple years ago. It sits outside in the weather. It was built for outside conditions and has held up very nicely. It needed the plastic feet replaced though. I called the company and was told that the part needed was on back order and detained due to the shipping problems; could not say when I would receive these items but was put on a list to receive them when they arrived. I got an email that they were on the way; probably has been about 6 months or more since I called. I have received them now. I want to state how satisfied I am with customer service rep, Camille, and I am impressed with this company's integrity! Thank you very much.

I bought this bench for the front porch to replace our current glider bench. The old bench is a lot more comfortable so I think I will keep it and just sand it and paint it. The bench from Lifetime Products could use a deeper seat. It's just not that comfortable to sit on.

Absolutely love this glider. It's solid and well built and looks great. Two people make it easier but could be done by yourself. So much easier with your own tools rather than the little allen wrench and screwdriver that they Supply. Absolutely would recommend this Product and I am thinking about purchasing another one. It's a lifetime product.

Unfortunately I was not happy at all with for my first 2 Gliders (by 2 months the screws started braking off where they were inserted in the slats the head of the screw would pop off and the other half of the screw would be stuck in the hole and then the slats started busting in half - they both are being replaced - I really hope these next 2 replacement gliders will have a better life expectancy than 2 months (I'm nervous). But the SERVICE was EXCELLENT all 3 time that I called. The young men (Dale & Gage is all I can remember) who helped me were so nice and helpful.
