I often have problems with my stomach but felt my over all digestion felt in a better place after a week of taking these supplements. I have heard about the benefits surrounding taking Probiotics and I am glad that I gave taking these a try!

Very well packaged so that it is not wasted during delivery. I plan to use this product for some time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As an RN, we used Florastor for hospitalized patients to restore normal abdominal bacterial flora. It always seemed to work well. I have been taking Florastor without any difficulty. However, since it can take 2-3 weeks to see significant benefits from probiotics I can’t personally attest to it’s effectiveness for me.

My doctor recommended this while on antibiotics and I've been taking it ever since. I had to take miralax everyday for years and still would only go once a week and laxatives wouldn't work, just make me have painful gas. It didn't even take a week for Florastor to get me going everyday. I'm so happy I finally found something that works. I've taken other probiotics with no difference. It's kind of pricey for just a 10 day supply but you get what you pay for I guess.
