It did seem to help with regularity but the bloated and gassy feeling I have all day doesn’t seem worth it. Took it for a week and will probably stop now.

This probiotic works great! It was recommended to me by my infectious disease doctor and she was right on. Both of my children have immune disorders and take maintenance antibiotics daily and this has stopped their tummy pain and made them feel much better while taking their meds. I love that the capsules are thin around an inch small that makes it easy to swallow. Not too fond of the packaging as I almost broke a capsule trying to get it out. Overall very happy with it.
