[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've needed to increase my use of probiotics as I grow older and this product from Florastor does that quite nicely. I can't offer a opinion over the long-term as I've only had it for a month now but it seems to be helping me regulate my body somewhat. For me the daily dose is 2 capsules a day (They recommend 2 capsule 1-2 times a day)and that works.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have has this afew. Weeks now . It's easy to swallow just take with water. I have not seen much of a difference it this item. So I am not really sure if I will buy it . Just really not what I was hoping for.

My doctor recommended this while on antibiotics and I've been taking it ever since. I had to take miralax everyday for years and still would only go once a week and laxatives wouldn't work, just make me have painful gas. It didn't even take a week for Florastor to get me going everyday. I'm so happy I finally found something that works. I've taken other probiotics with no difference. It's kind of pricey for just a 10 day supply but you get what you pay for I guess.

He has only been taking it for a short time, but says that it works well. It seems to be easy to take with no aftertaste. He plans to continue to use it if it continues to work well and would definitely recommend.

This capsule is easy to take, leaves no aftertaste and is an easy add on to your daily routine. 3 weeks was not long enough to throughly judge its usefulness but I did not experience any side effects that would make me feel it is a bad decision.

Well his gut health obviously suffered so he is currentkky taking this prebiotic to help colonize his gut with beneficial bacteria.
