I chose Florastor as it is vegetarian and contains prebiotics and probiotics for those aged 50+. Florastor is non-GMO and gluten free as well. There are 30 capsules in the package, and they are easy to swallow. There is no after taste.

Well his gut health obviously suffered so he is currentkky taking this prebiotic to help colonize his gut with beneficial bacteria. Time will tell but so far no side effects and we are gaining confidence his gut is being colonized.

They are gluten-free, vegetarian, non-GMO. I needed a supplement that stimulates my immunity but can also work with frequent antibiotic use, which this does.

Just after a week I could tell something was different, as I wasn't feeling bogged down, full, drowsy, etc. I will say I have felt overall healthy as well. they are easy to swallow. I used it for at least 5 months now and I do feel a big difference. I generally have felt the last 4.5 months! Capsules are a little bit big but not terrible to swallow with water.
