This is a "no news is good news" type situation. I can't really point to any improvements beyond maintaining normalcy but avoiding a negative experience in this case is a win. I would use it again in a similar situation just to be on the safe side. I didn't have any negative side effects.

In addition, I had heard that they would help to support my immune system. I found these supplements very easy to take and swallow because they are of average size and in clear capsule form. I am taking them twice daily with water. I have not suffered any kind of allergic reaction to date or experienced any other kind of side effect. I am very impressed by the fact that this supplement can be taken at the same time as a course of antibiotics because, of course, that is exactly when you need them the most to add good bacteria to the gut. I finished a 7-day supply of antibiotics not so long ago and it has been useful to take the probiotics to try and achieve a balanced digestive system. The packaging states they are fast-acting and start to work almost right away. I am very optimistic I can achieve my aims by taking this supplement and will continue on in an attempt to feel better.

These pills are easy to take and do not have an after taste. I have seen a drastic change in my gut in the short amount of time I have been taking these pills! Get yourself a healthy gut! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The reason I added probiotics to my arsenal for good health, was to improve my gut health, restore good bacteria and boost my overall digestion. Your gut health is really important and effects many organs — and even your mood. Many will be happy this is a vegetarian, gluten-free product. But be mindful the first ingredient is lactose if that’s a concern for you. BTW these are clear, easy to swallow capsules. I would’ve liked to have known the amount of live cultures this probiotic contains for comparison purposes. At a twenty-count package, the quantity doesn’t last very long (10 days) making it less of a good value for someone who takes probiotics daily. If the cost/value isn’t prohibitive for you, would recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got the Florastor Daily Probiotic Supplement which are completely non-GMO vegetarian capsules. These are also 100% free of titanium dioxide. This product is yeast-based not bacteria-based as some of the other Florastor products are. Its main ingredient is Saccharomyces boulardii which is a great probiotic to treat my GI tract issues by flushing out the bad bacteria. It can help my immunity stay strong and it is stated that it continues to work even if I am on antibiotics. I highly recommend this product and this brand if you have GI issues.

There are so many cheap and poor quality brands out there so you really need to do your research to make sure the supplement you are using is actually beneficial for your body. I truly do love this brand - I have used it for at least two months now and I do feel a difference. Hopefully my gut flora appreciate it too!

It is my belief my gut health has significantly improved since I first started taking them along with other daily vitamins and minerals.
