I have not ever taken any before, but have found myself being unhealthy for the past 60 days and needed to do more for myself. I have experienced no side effects and found these easy to swallow and help me to feel like myself.

This probiotic works great! It was recommended to me by my infectious disease doctor and she was right on. Both of my children have immune disorders and take maintenance antibiotics daily and this has stopped their tummy pain and made them feel much better while taking their meds.
