The capsules are very easy to swallow and don't leave behind any bad taste in my mouth. The ingredients are really impresive. I take them daily with a tall glass of water. After about a week maybe week and a half I felt so much better. I could tell that Florastor was working, and they didn't taste bad. I also found out that Florastor has a whole line of proiotic supplements for the whole family.
