I have been taking this for about a month. Dealing with constant constipation. This has helped me a little bit but I am taking six psyllium fiber capsules a day and eating three prunes and taking four capsules of this daily. It's not enough I need something stronger..

I like that it helps keep my GI healthy and will hopefully keep me healthier. . Capsules are a little on the large side, but not terrible to swallow with water.

These pills are easy to take and do not have an after taste. I have seen a drastic change in my gut in the short amount of time I have been taking these pills! Get yourself a healthy gut! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The reason I added probiotics to my arsenal for good health, was to improve my gut health, restore good bacteria and boost my overall digestion. Your gut health is really important and effects many organs — and even your mood. Many will be happy this is a vegetarian, gluten-free product. But be mindful the first ingredient is lactose if that’s a concern for you. BTW these are clear, easy to swallow capsules. I would’ve liked to have known the amount of live cultures this probiotic contains for comparison purposes. At a twenty-count package, the quantity doesn’t last very long (10 days) making it less of a good value for someone who takes probiotics daily. If the cost/value isn’t prohibitive for you, would recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been hearing a lot about probiotics and so I looked forward to beginning a new regiment to improve my overall health, these were easy to take and they did not upset my stomach, I felt they might have been a little harsh in the beginning but then I have been regular and feel good about this routine

I was feeling great, however did have some nausea on day 6 (not sure if that’s related or not). Overall, jury is out and long term I don’t think it would be sustainable to keep taking it. I do think if you need a boost due to antibiotics or just to get things back in shape it’s a good option.
