I have been taking this probiotic for about a week. I did not notice any gas, bloating or other gastrointestinal discomfort. I have noticed my digestive system seems to be working a bit better lately. The capsules are small and easy to swallow. I know that Florastor has been around for over 65 years, so it is a well established company that produces probiotics. It is also gluten free and non-GMO, which is a good thing. I do know that maintaining a healthy gut microbiome is good for general health and supports a healthy immune system, which is very important these days.

I did some research before I started taking the Florastor. I noticed a difference in how I felt right away. Less bloated and I definitely felt better overall. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used this probiotic pill for about two and a half weeks now, and I'm definitely a fan thus far! There's no strange smell (I've used ones that were very unappetizing), they are tasteless and are easy to swallow. They cause no stomach upset for me (eg, no vomiting or feeling queasy after taking). I found that they do as well as the previous probiotic I was using (ie, I've seen no regression of belly symptoms from switching to these). I don't love how it's individually packaged by the day (I find that it's wasteful packaging and, since I place my medications into pill containers at the beginning of each week, it's somewhat inconvenient) - however, this is totally a preference thing, so I decided against removing a star for this. Overall, though, it's a recommend (unless you, like me, prefer pills that don't come individually packaged).

It says to take 2 capsules 1 or 2 times a day. So if you take four a day that is just a lotnof capsules daily. You got through them fast and it's a lot to remember. They worked just fine, but I went through them fast. I would use them for travel though! The packaging is very secure and keeps each supplement safe!
