I was feeling great, however did have some nausea on day 6 (not sure if that’s related or not). Overall, jury is out and long term I don’t think it would be sustainable to keep taking it. I do think if you need a boost due to antibiotics or just to get things back in shape it’s a good option.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since I have started using this Probiotic supplement I have been has having less problems with my stomach becoming upset which I often have.these capsules are easy to swallow and they are vegetarian.I plan on taking these capsules on a regular everyday basis to promote great gut-health and my Dr. has recommended this probiotic supplement in the past and I am happy that she did.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used this probiotic pill for about two and a half weeks now, and I'm definitely a fan thus far! There's no strange smell (I've used ones that were very unappetizing), they are tasteless and are easy to swallow. They cause no stomach upset for me (eg, no vomiting or feeling queasy after taking). I found that they do as well as the previous probiotic I was using (ie, I've seen no regression of belly symptoms from switching to these). I don't love how it's individually packaged by the day (I find that it's wasteful packaging and, since I place my medications into pill containers at the beginning of each week, it's somewhat inconvenient) - however, this is totally a preference thing, so I decided against removing a star for this. Overall, though, it's a recommend (unless you, like me, prefer pills that don't come individually packaged).

The last time I needed an antibiotic I immediately started using the Florastor probiotic to prevent any side effects from the prescribed antibiotic. Thankfully this product helped save me! The pills are easy to swallow and do not have any scent. Easy to open packaging.
