This is a "no news is good news" type situation. I can't really point to any improvements beyond maintaining normalcy but avoiding a negative experience in this case is a win. I have been taking this for about a month. Dealing with constant constipation. This has helped me a little bit but I am taking six psyllium fiber capsules a day and eating three prunes and taking four capsules of this daily. It's not enough I need something stronger..

No refrigeration, easy to open packets,& it works with antibiotics. It takes the gur out of the gut. I have confidence it works quickly when I need it.
