The last time I needed an antibiotic I immediately started using the Florastor probiotic to prevent any side effects from the prescribed antibiotic. Thankfully this product helped save me! The pills are easy to swallow and do not have any scent. Easy to open packaging.

It is my belief my gut health has significantly improved since I first started taking them along with other daily vitamins and minerals. This is a "no news is good news" type situation. I can't really point to any improvements beyond maintaining normalcy but avoiding a negative experience in this case is a win. I would use it again in a similar situation just to be on the safe side. I didn't have any negative side effects.

Your gut health is really important and effects many organs — and even your mood. Many will be happy this is a vegetarian, gluten-free product. But be mindful the first ingredient is lactose if that’s a concern for you. BTW these are clear, easy to swallow capsules. I would’ve liked to have known the amount of live cultures this probiotic contains for comparison purposes. At a twenty-count package, the quantity doesn’t last very long (10 days) making it less of a good value for someone who takes probiotics daily. If the cost/value isn’t prohibitive for you, would recommend.

Not bloated, no pain and no discomfort. The capsule is easy to take. It allows the opportunity to open and put into a drink if one doesnt like to take pills but is very easy to take.

I am pretty regular in both timing and stool but this just made my stomach churn. I stopped taking it and the symptoms stopped so had to be product.
