The secret to this probiotic is the cells contained in the capsules are larger and stronger than other probiotic brands, so they provide increased intestinal coverage and gut protection. I can say that I'm feeling healthier and happier now that I'm using them. I am definitely going to buy more to continue taking them daily.

I have been taking this probiotic for about a week. I did not notice any gas, bloating or other gastrointestinal discomfort. I have noticed my digestive system seems to be working a bit better lately. The capsules are small and easy to swallow. I know that Florastor has been around for over 65 years, so it is a well established company that produces probiotics. It is also gluten free and non-GMO, which is a good thing.
