He has only been taking it for a short time, but says that it works well. It seems to be easy to take with no aftertaste. He plans to continue to use it if it continues to work well and would definitely recommend.

I find them to be very helpful in keeping my stomach balanced and normal. They keep everything going perfectly smooth and are quite easy for me to swallow. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My doctor suggested I take Florastor® Daily Probiotic Supplement - 20 caps, when I advised her that I was having alot of gut issues, on average 2 days a month, sometimes more. I took them daily, until they were gone, to keep my gut healthy and had not gut issues. I was also been recommended by my doctor to use them whenever I had to take antibiotics. I did and it kept my gut from reacting to the antibiotics. They are really easy to swallow, so even someone with issues swollowing pills take tske them easily. Lastly, it is a bit pricier than I’d like, but would use again, if on antibiotics, for my gut health.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My doctor recommended daily probiotics and I have tried many different brands. Florastor is not bad but there are a few things of note. First, the suggested use is 2 capsules 1-2 times daily. I would really prefer to take 1 a day and be done. This also appears to be a single strain probiotic, where u really prefer multiple strains for more diversity as different strains have been researched for different health benefits. Finally, this product contains lactose. I am lactose intolerant, but I didn't have any issue taking this supplement - however I would still prefer a product without.
