[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve heard a lot about the Florastor brand probiotic. It would have been nice to get more than a 20 day supply as you can’t really tell if these type of pills work right away. The pills are easy to take.

It claims to be a probiotic supplement, but since they are not regulated who knows what your really getting. The pills are easy to swallow, and I have had no negative side effects from them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Florastor because it was a daily probiotic to help flush out bacteria. My stomach has felt better after 10 days of taking Florastar and I plan to continue using it for gut protection. It’s also vegetarian which I like.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My doctor suggested I take Florastor® Daily Probiotic Supplement - 20 caps, when I advised her that I was having alot of gut issues, on average 2 days a month, sometimes more. I took them daily, until they were gone, to keep my gut healthy and had not gut issues. I was also been recommended by my doctor to use them whenever I had to take antibiotics. I did and it kept my gut from reacting to the antibiotics. They are really easy to swallow, so even someone with issues swollowing pills take tske them easily. Lastly, it is a bit pricier than I’d like, but would use again, if on antibiotics, for my gut health.

It is different from many other probiotics in that it does not require refrigeration. This makes it perfect for home use but also for travel use. Each capsule is individually encased in a pop out pack which also makes it easy to pack for travel. Floraster is vegetarian, gluten free and non-GMO.

I was feeling great, however did have some nausea on day 6 (not sure if that’s related or not). Overall, jury is out and long term I don’t think it would be sustainable to keep taking it. I do think if you need a boost due to antibiotics or just to get things back in shape it’s a good option.
