This is a "no news is good news" type situation. I can't really point to any improvements beyond maintaining normalcy but avoiding a negative experience in this case is a win. I would use it again in a similar situation just to be on the safe side. I didn't have any negative side effects.

The pills were easy to swallow. I do wish more came in a package. It is recommended to take 2 pills per day so this box would only last for 10 days making it not super convenient for long term use.
