[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just receive my Bespoke 4-Door refrigerator with beverage center in white glass and it completes my new kitchen!! We selected a glass backsplash and the white glass on this refrigerator compliments the style of our kitchen. We did have a larger Samsung Refrigerator with French doors and handles, but it took up most of the space and it did not look as savvy as this one, so we decided on this one in counter space depth and eliminating the handles gave us more space around our Island. I love the dual ice maker, it makes two sizes, cubes or ice bites, and it can make like 5lbs of ice in a day. Another favorite part of the refrigerator is the flex zone drawer in the middle, you can use it store many different items and manage the temperature setting as needed, like chilling wine! And finally, I can't wait to change the panel into another color.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A real life saver! During the constant on/off outages last year, my old Kenmore refrigerator died on us out of a sudden. We searched for a new refrigerator everywhere but the delivery dates simply ridiculous, with some cases up to a month and half from the date of purchase!!! Insane!! That's when it hit me and I remember Samsung also makes kitchen appliances and after a quick visit to the online store, I found this Bespoke model with a respectful 4 day delivery... As a tech savvy guy, I was amazed by the features the product was offering and, in a matter of minutes, the purchase was complete. I chose the option with the beverage center which includes a self filling pitcher that always has cold water available. It also has the traditional glass filling option right next to it, so you can choose which one you want to use. To my surprise, the internal space is awesome as the whole water system system is fully embedded on the door. Multiple shelves and drawers keep everything well organized and within reach. The back aluminum plate not only gives a nice look but also helps with the efficient cooling. The adjustable middle drawer has different settings for beverage, freezer, produce, etc. Very convenient to offer cold drinks during parties without the need of opening the fridge door all the time. Freezer bottom drawer is wide and deep and allows lots of food to be stored for the long run. And the refrigerator connects to the Wi-Fi and can be monitored and controlled from the SmartThings app on my phone. It also sends push notifications for open doors, or any system malfunction. Two things I am not a huge fan though: 1. The beverage center is not completely isolated form the fridge. The door shelves are a pass-thru, meaning one can grab things from both side. This means, hot air flows in when the beverage center door is open. 2. The ice maker. The freezer drawer has an internal tray tray which half of it is used by the ice maker with two types of ice (cubes and smaller cubes) and it is located inside the freezer drawer for space optimization. Although a plastic ice scoop is provided, the tray has no ice breaking feature, which makes it hard to get the ice, as the ice cubes often fuse to each other turning into a huge ice block.

The Bespoke Model is a great option to be able to switch thinks up if you feel like it. The Stainless does show finger marks more than I would like so maybe I'll have to get different door panels?! The beverage center was a bit to get used to having it inside but the sleek look and ability to just open part of the door is brilliant.

Bought this 7 months ago. Loved the idea of creating the colors you want. We tried to buy a new orange panel but have been told it is discontinued. Bait and switch. Still shows it in the brochures though! Now we can't get the colors we want. Won't be buying Samsung for the new dishwasher or oven or range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have owned this beautiful fridge for 2 weeks. It’s sinful to love an appliance this much! The counter depth, flush front gave much needed space for the kitchen. The inside is spacious & well lit. The auto fill pitcher is so convenient. I love the 2 sizes of ice. Delivery & set up was easy. Within 12 hours the inside was at the proper temperature & the ice buckets were filling. We did have to set the freezer at -2 degrees instead of zero to jump start the freezing. We were told to do this by customer support after noticing no cooling for a couple hours. It quickly began cooling afterwards. I love the morning blue color—it could be called blue green. Overall, I’m so pleased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using this refrigerator for a few weeks, be knew we made the right decision. There is ample space for everything we typically stock and more. The deli drawer is one of our favorite features. It's great to have separate access to lunch meats and cheese. If I tell the kids it can be a freezer, it will get filled with popsicles. Having 2 types of ice has also been a plus. I'm a big fan of the smaller cube. The only negative thing I can say about this fridge is the Ice makers are slow to produce Ice and I will need to call service to check it out. The drink station is also a huge win. We use the water pitcher all day long. We also will use the infuser in the pitcher to make lemon or cucumber water and it turns out amazing. Overall, we are thrilled with this purchase and have high hopes that it functions like new for years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it few weeks ago. I'm very glad to see this refrigerator with white glass doors on my large white kitchen. It looks nice and strong. Acn really comfortable to get to separate drawers on the bottom. Doors are hard to open for my little son such is also good but you need to control yourself by checking doors (it isn't big deal because it has beeping sound to inform about open doors)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our frig was delivered a couple of weeks ago and we love it. Love the front panels. We ordered the blue for frig doors to match our backsplash and white for bottom to match cabinets. It looks amazing and fun. Also did counter depth to fit more inline with our galley type kitchen. It has more room than we anticipated, but we are now empty nesters and family of 2. The middle pull out drawer is a bonus for us and use it for deli type items vs setting it up as freezer items. I thought we may miss the ice dispenser but turns out not a big deal because we love the 2 different cube sizes. At some point we may order different color panels to mix it up.
