[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, I just need to say that the delivery guys were SO professional, friendly, helpful, and amazing! Secondly, the fridge is fantastic! No dents, doesn't show fingerprints, is not loud, cooled down fast, there was not excess grease anywhere, and the delivery guys removed all of the plastic film. I had none of the issues that others mentioned. I highly recommend this refrigerator and cannot believe the price. You definitely get your money worth!!!!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't get to set it up and use it right away, but when I did, I was so happy I bought this refrigerator! It's beautiful, spacious (for a counter-depth) and set up to be efficient in how it uses its' space. The shelving is somewhat flexible (although I'd like just a little more flexibility.) Ice cubes are generated pretty quickly and the two different sizes, while not totally necessary, are great for having ice for sports bottles. Oh.. did I mention that it's PRETTY?? It really is. The beverage center is convenient and is great for not having to open the whole top for a drink. The only downside I see to it is that you give up a little convenience (ice/water ON the door) for that pristine, sleek look that you get not having ice/water on the door! LOL It's also one of the few refrigerators I've un-packed that was EASY to do. The protective thin plastic all came off easily - especially if you take your time and look it over first. The interior items were packaged for transport very well, and were 100% intact when I unpacked them.

I didn't realize just how much I would love the convenience of accessing deli and dairy products from the drawer. We also love the access to drinks without opening the big door. Thank you,Samsung!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is beautiful and very functional. I wish I had this when my children were small. Roomy shelves and with the French doors, everything inside is within easy reach. The beverage center dispenses cold water and has a pitcher of cold water in it for guests. Holds cans of soda or juice. While the ice cubes are in the bottom freezer, they are a perfect size and do not get stuck together. The ice tray doesn't take up freezer space at all. The beverage center and the drawer are both something I never thought I needed but now think how did I live without them.

This Refridgerator is beautiful. I love the glass front. I love the small drawer for snacks, I love the ice makers and the bottom freezer. I am 70 years old and this is probably my 5th refridgetor that I've had to change a filter. This fridge is almost IMPOSSIBLE to change the filter. The water MUST be turned off before changing it. It means you must pull out the fridge and turn the valve or in my case go to the crawl space and turn off the house water. The pressure is so high that reinstalling the filter is VERY difficult to replace. I have just finished mopping up my floor, cleaning out all the drawers, and trying to roll the fridge out. Did I mention I'm 70? I now have choices. I can never change the filter again or hire a plumber to do it. ARGH!

I have owned my Samsung for nearly a month the refrigerator portion will not hold a cool enough temperature for safe use- the freezer portion is so cold it forms ice on my food and the drawers all that works is the middle drawer that can be used to soft freeze or cold cuts we tried resetting the temperature but that did not work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge is awesome, it's so spacious inside and the drawers it comes with are so convenient, the freezer is huge and the water pitcher is always full with ice cold water so we don't have to buy so many water bottles anymore. I highly recommend it and it look's beautiful in my kitchen. My next step is the range.

The door in a door is the greatest idea.We are able to get water and other beverages without opening the door to the refrigerator, which keeps the cold air in the refrigerator where it belongs. The sleek design, beverage center with auto fill water pitcher and the two different size ice cubes have to be my favorite features.

First time I've ever had to read the full manual to figure out how to use a fridge. But once all setup it's amazing. And the look is real sexy too. Got lots of comments about how great it looks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the Samsung 4 door refrigerator. The top 2 doors allows easy access for all my groceries items. I like that the left door has 2 opening options. Full open for the food and outer door access for the automatically filled water pitcher and items on the doors's shelve. We use the center programmable drawer to beverages, cheese and lunch meat but you could even use it for a soft freezer. The freezer drawer is plenty big for most items. We especially like the 2 different sizes of ice cubes. Normal size ones and mini. We never run out of ice. The stainless steel exterior is easy to clean. You can ever setup the controls to work with your smart phone. We highly recommend this 29 cf refrigerator.
