Bought the Bespoke 4 door French Door Smart Refrigeator on 10/28/2025. Just a little of 2 month old, go on vacation return 10 days later and freezer is not working had to throw everything away no ice, trays are full of water, now the beverage drawer is getting warmer and now the top fridge is warming up, having to throw many things away, call for service, had to turn power off and now have to wait 3 hours to see if it will start cooling down and making ice, if not, then have to call for service, got rid of my old Samsung because of ice maker freezing up every 2 weeks and now we are back to freezer issues, not happy!!!

We have the stainless steel one, and I look forward to getting our free alternate color panels so we can change it up when we want! The beverage drawer is a true life saver making a ton of extra room in the main refrigerator!

1 Star – Looks Great in Photos, But Total Regret This fridge is all show and no substance. It looks sleek, but in reality, it's a constant headache wrapped in fingerprint-prone stainless steel. In under 2 years, I've had to submit three separate service requests: Two for water leaking inside the fridge And now it trips every GFCI outlet in my kitchen — making it completely useless where it's meant to be installed. My home is brand new (built in 2021), and I even had a licensed electrician replace the outlet and confirm everything is wired perfectly. Samsung support kept trying to blame my house instead of addressing what is clearly a defect in the fridge. It took way too much effort just to get a warranty repair scheduled. On top of all that? The stainless steel finish collects fingerprints like crazy, and the interior feels cheap and flimsy — nothing like what you'd expect for this price point. The shelves and drawers feel more budget than premium. If you're shopping based on aesthetics and smart features, don't fall for it. This fridge has been one of the most frustrating appliance purchases I've ever made. Spend your money on something built to last — this isn't it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For a counter depth refrigerator this one is fantastic. Designed to hold plenty of food in convenient places. The beverage center is an added plus as is the flex zone drawer. Temperature holds steady in all areas. The smooth front without handles is a pleasant feature in the kitchen. It is well made and easy to move. The stainless steel finish is quite pretty and fingerprint resistant. The freezer with the ice maker allows a large capacity for frozen food. The two vegetable drawers are handy and each one can be accessed by opening only one door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had ordered a stainless steel refrigerator first but once we saw this refrigerator and how sleek, smooth and sophisticated it looked, we had to order it. Our favorite feature is the wifi connection where we can download the app to recive alerts directly to us. For example, since we have little kids, leaving the door open is common and with the alerts we can manage the energy savings when this happens. Another family favorite feature is the ability to infuse water with any type of fruit into the built in pitcher where we can get flavored water at our fingertips. The only downfall of this refrigerator is the color. We choose white and once installed it looks light grey. All in all, I would highly recommend this product. We are very pleased with our new appliance.

The deli drawer is very huge and can be divided in a various section depending on your needs also the ice Ice cubes with both size are great. The regular ice cubes in the nugget ice cubes with the scoop and it's a little holding case very conveniently located in the freezer drawers.

Who doesnt Love nuggget ice ?? My last fridge I thought was this tops it I now feel Like it's too big makes me look like I don't have enough food I recommend this fridge if your on a budget everyone that has come over Is always amazed with it I defiently think you should purchase !! And you can change the panels to different colors what fridge lets you do thatb?! I highly recommend !

I absolutely LOVE this fridge SO much!! This is a super sleek, gorgeous looking fridge that really makes my kitchen look elegant and modern. I took a chance and went with the white glass panels instead of the typical stainless steel, and am so happy with this decision - I was worried it was going to be too much white in my all-white kitchen, but the fridge isn't a flat bright white. It has some neutral gray tones that look beautiful. It doesn't match the other white tones in my kitchen perfectly, but I have a few variations of white tones, so it actually brought the kitchen together better, making the different tones look more intentional. The glass panels could also be great for keeping a shopping list with a dry erase marker - I've been wanting to try this, but haven't yet, since I love the look as-is. The fridge is also super versatile - if I ever get bored of the all white, or if they get damaged, I can swap out the panels for another color or finish. Only thing I would point out is that the front of the fridge, or maybe just the glass panel finish, doesn't hold magnets. Also, like I mentioned, it's not a true white, so I would recommend checking the colors out in person to make sure they work for you. I also got the counter depth fridge. It still sticks out a bit, but that's where the door hinge is, so it looks like that is needed to not bump against the wall. The fridge is a really great size, even for counter-depth. I haven't had a problem fitting everything I need, except one particularly large pizza box. I'm not used to a French door style fridge, so I had to get used to the freezer drawer at the bottom that feels heavier than I'm used to coming from a side-by-side fridge, but this also has plenty of room for everything. It also has two different types of ice - regular size, and smaller bite size, which my family is obsessed with. But my absolute FAVORITE feature has to be the Beverage Center - the AutoFill water pitcher has been the best thing I've ever used, and makes it so convenient and fast to get water, or take a pitcher to the dog's water bowl. I can't go back to a fridge without it. Last thing I wanted to mention is that this is a wifi enabled fridge that can connect to Samsung's app. I didn't think I would use this at all, but it's actually really helpful to get notifications if you accidentally leave your fridge door slightly open and walked away. Overall, super pleased with this fridge.

The beverage pitcher that refills as soon as it is put back in place is very convenient and the filtered water is crystal clear. The ice in two different sizes and solidly frozen is perfect for any beverage or recipe. Both the freezer and refrigerator are large capacity and the shelving is easy to adjust. the middle drawer is easily adjusted for snacks or whatever else is best suited for the owner. On top of all that, the cooling system is very quiet and efficient. I am very thankful for my Bespoke.

Before I bought this refrigerator, I found all really good reviews. The problem, though, is that the stainless doors dent and scuff so easily. Now we have a refrigerator that looks like a scratch and dent, but we paid full price for it. I don't know how the other alternate panels hold up, but we don't want to pay more if they're as fragile as the stainless ones are. I wish we had bought a different refrigerator.
