[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First impressions of the refrigerator are that it is modern and sleek looking. It really brings the kitchen look up to another level. The finish is clean looking with defined panels and drawers. The expectation for the panels was more of a pearl white but they are a little grey. Once you have it for a week or so you move past that and it just blends in beautifully. The next impression you get is when you open the top doors. There is a ton of space in there. The difference is immediately felt when moving from a side by side refrigerator. All existing food fit in with plenty of room to spare. The side by side refrigerator was filled up and items had to be moved around to get things out. With this style you don't have to move much around to get what you need. The lighting is fantastic inside so you will be able to see everything fine. The doors and bottom two drawers open smoothly, quietly, and have a satisfying mechanism at closing that you can tell seals. No more guessing if you actually closed the door. The bottom two drawers have plenty of space. The middle drawer can be filled with lunch meats, cheeses, bacon, yogurts, etc. There really is enough space in the drawer for all that and more. The bottom freezer drawer has plenty of storage. It is setup in a way that you can find you food packages and not have to dig to much. The only issue is you have to bend over to get to it but that isn't an issue for us....yet. No more pulling and hunting for food in the side by side refrigerator. The refrigeration seems perfectly fine. The temperature is evenly distributed throughout. Had bad luck before where some foods may freeze if in the back portions of the refrigerator. Not so here. Everything is cooled to even temperatures. Lastly the refrigerator is extremely quiet. There are no fan noises or rattling when opening doors. So far it is an impressive appliance and would recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Clean look (no handles), Bluetooth, two size ice cubes. So far the Bespoke is everything I was looking for. Multiple zone temperature controls help save energy. I control the Bespoke operation from my phone. The beverage center is amazing. I use both water pitcher and by the glass every day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this fridge for around 3 months now and really like it. Pros: I like the look without the handles. I use the beverage center daily, it’s great having a pitcher that autofills itself. The layout of the interior shelves is nice as it works for a good fridge flow. Cons: when this arrived, it smelled of strong plastic. So strong that it flavored food both in the fridge and freezer. It seems like the ice machine makes more of one ice cube than another and it’s easy to hit cubes that fall behind the shelf (both when getting ice and I hear it happening when it’s spitting out new ice cubes).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator came well packaged and undamaged. Set up was a breeze and was usable within 4 hours. With my beverage center, we had to dump the water pitcher, and empty the ice a few times. Took a moment and connected the fridge to the SmartThings app. Now that it s connected I can get notifications that the door is left open and I can control all the settings without having to be home. With little ones in the house this is a great convenience! Now moving on to the fridge its self. The model I purchased is actually less square feet than my previous fridge, a side by side. But you would never know it! It is so well thought out and organized. I am just amazed at the amount of stuff that fits in this thing. We utilize the middle flex drawer as our deli/cheese storage. It is so convenient to be able to open this drawer and grab whatever you need to make a sandwich and such. Our old fridge had a massive bin the you had to fumble through to find what you were looking for. The freezer is simply amazing with the two different types of ice and plenty of room to store frozen goods. I didn't think I was going to like having to shovel my own ice, but its simply quicker to do it yourself rather waiting for the ice machine to get cranking and then have it spill all over the kitchen floor. The doors have plenty of space to store gallons of milk or whatever other large items you can throw at it. All in all, I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone. Though we didn't take advantage of the different color combinations, it is awesome that the Bespoke line allows you to customize yours to fit your aesthetics.

The flexible drawer can be used in multiple ways depending on what I need. The upper part of the fridge is spacious and can fit various size items. The beverage center's pitcher makes it easy to fill large containers and I can use it for water infusions. The freezer has plenty of space. The drawer in the freezer makes it not too deep that stuff gets lost. The color matches most things well. I also get notifications on my phone when my 3 year old leaves the door open. Overall couldn't ask for more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a couple of months, our new Samsung Bespoke refrigerator/freezer has met all our expectations. It is just the right size for a retired couple like us. We love the French 4-door design with indoor water dispenser an easy access to drinks and water filter without having to fully open the refrigerator; and not having to open freezer at all.

Hmm... not sure if I just became color blind, but I can tell you the Samsung "white" if NOT white. My cabinets are white... the glass panels I received with the fridge look grey next to my cabinets. Samsung should clarify a specific color code for each of their colors so the buyers can confirm it matches their decor. Most manufactures dealing with colors can provide you with either a Benjamin Moore, Behr, PPG or a Valspar code or even a crayola for reference. Now I'm stuck with this "off-white" that doesn't match anything around it.
