[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found this counter depth refrigerator to be the only brand that had dimensions that would fit into the my refrigerator space. I was skeptical to buy at first because the shelves did not seem to have a many adjustable options and the freezer did not have shelves that I had with my side by side. After using this refrigerator, I found that there was plenty of space and the shelving was not an issue. For the freezer, I bought 2 adjustable containers which helped to separate my foods and I love it. I love the 2 different ice cubes and the smart features that allow you to fill the water pitcher or turn on our of the ice makers. I am very satisfied with this refrigerator.

This appliance has been one of the worst i have ever owned. The delivery folks had to take the whole thing apart to get it inside. Once installed our first water filter change flooded the house. Called support the manual didn't require a water shut off per each filter change but support told us its absolutely necessary. Using a samsung filter as well. Next the freezer not even 2 years old totally defrosted and ruined all our food. Called support again we did some resetting and now its over freezing everything. Tech to come out and take a look. I have never had so many problems with an appliance yet. I will never biy samsung again. There are so many complaints online about this same issue. The inside is large and nice but at what cost we spent nearly 3k and barely can get 2 years oit of it without repair?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator works really well and the things that can be better is how operate it and how to take put the bins to clean the refrigerator also some spaces can be bigger for more food but the freezer part is really big the water that dispense out the water filter side is horrible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit isn't constructed to its best knowledge, this is the first I'm ever writing a review, at first glance I love the look and feel on this product but in terms of operational efficiency this is way far from other competitors, no way close to other refrigerators that cost way less I so much believe Samsung priced this for the display on the front door not as an efficient refrigerator ice maker went in no time now the filter cabinet is broken once I place a filter in it cuts off the water ices makes leaks causing the ice to cling making big blocks, I would never recommend any bespoke appliances to anyone

I do plan on in the future to upgrade to the newer ones cause they have the bigger screens but it's a 10 out of 10 fridge and the new icemaker never had an issue with it.
