Overall the fridge is nice. The ability to customize one of the zones, the finish, and the overall look is great. It dies consistently cool, is easily accessible, and ergonomically pleasing.

I would of liked more door shelf space. I can only fit 3-4 things not including the drink shelf in the clear shelf's. And I would of like middle drawer to customise the divider

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own Samsung Bespoke 4 door fridge for 3 years now and its by far the best i used in last 20 years. There is not a single issue, i took the maintenance service plan but never had to use. Lots of smart features to control from the phone app. Plenty of space for freezer and regular items. There is a flexi zone which is super convenient to keep meat juice wine etc and maintain the temperature accordingly. Definitely recommend.

Definitely it is a point of discussion When Guest coming and if they have never seen it before in our house. The only thing I don't like is that Chinese woman Speaking for every click on what was clicked so I am looking for a way to turn that feature off rest everything is good

The water filtration system is amazing and convenient. It's perfect for busy households and we use the “drink drawer” as a snack space for our kids. It’s great for our young family. The convenience of the app - able to be notified if it’s been left open, view filter status. Plus, the kids love the hub. The space overall works for what we have going on - food storage, leftovers, little parties we host.

The flex drawer is great for snacks and deli items. I got the counter depth but it feels so spacious because it has a lot of door space too. We love the water jug dispenser. It fills our coffee maker at once and our water bottles. So happy with this fridge.
