While the design of the refrigerator is unique and I love that you can change the colors, I found it odd that the matching appliances could not be changed. Ours actually was delivered with one of the panels broken and I had to return it. I ended up getting another style refrigerator since I was concerned it would not hold up to our rough and tumble family. I did like the feature that allowed you to infuse the water, but it just wasn't enough for me to wait to get another one. I had never had a problem with my other Samsung appliances, however, when I am asked what appliances I decided on, numerous people told me not to get a Samsung refrigerator because it would have problems with the ice maker. Although it looks cute, it was not worth the risk to me to repurchase it. I ended up with the KitchenAid that had the wood grain interior and the soft closing drawers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this refrigerator about 2 months ago. It is innovative with practical features and technologies. The only negative is the ice maker(s) capacity. You have to pull the ice forward in the tray in order to keep making ice. One of the best features is the two part left door. The beverage center makes it convenient to grab beverages without opening the whole door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really great refrigerator. Love the middle drawer for flexibility. The water dispenser and container are the best I've had on a refrigerator. Love the two different types of ice, and the ice scope holder is kept outside of the ice, just smart so handle is not touching the ice. Very well thought out design. The only minor negative are the doors don't close as easy add you think so sometime they are left open. But love the phone and sound notifications to let you know the door is open.

Deep shelves and all the basics…love the flex drawer which we use for beverages. I change the glass front depending on mood…easy to do. The ice bin is great with two different sizes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, so good. Only about two weeks of ownership at I am pleased with this purchase. Lots of room and perfectly segmented for organization. The only negative so far is that the doors love fingerprints. I have to get used to using the hidden handles as they will help to lessen the amount of fingerprints. It’s a fine looking and good working replacement refrigerator.

We love the counter depth size, the French doors on top, and the flex drawer. It’s quiet and makes tons of ice in two sizes. We love the hidden beverage center and especially the auto fill pitcher with infuser. The quality seems great so far, too. Very happy with this purchase.

I've had past issues with other refrigerators that had ice makers in the top section. I like the drawer ice maker and really like the drink station. I use the carafe more than the water dispenser itself. There is plenty of storage space and the mid drawer is convenient for snacks. The glass front surface is easy to maintain and looks great.

I was going to downgrade to a different model, but I kept coming back. It is superb with the divided fridge doors to keep the unit cold, and the drawers for the snack items is genious. I am loving the beverage center ans the two sizes of ice cubes. I will be enjoying this for many years to come.

The updated style and appearance are great but the features are what have won our family over. We especially love the Beverage Center which allows access to water and drinks in door without opening the dual French doors.
