Customer service

I’m not happy their customer service. I was so confident about Samsung brand, but I was wrong. It is hard to connect customer service. I need to setup my refrigerator for water line. I couldn’t use water and ice. No one helps me.

Best ice maker!!

Favorite fridge to date

The auto fill pitcher is my favorite feature... I never used until a few months ago. I have owned it almost 2 years, and bought it for the dry erase whiteboard front. We make shopping lists, and the kids write what they want to eat on the front.

Great fridge for reasonable price

I bought this a few months ago and we love it. The water pitcher is great. The 2 sizes of ice cubes is also very nice. The built in water dispenser is pretty slow, but we have the auto fill water pitcher to use instead.

Nice ice!!!
