Been taking this for awhile. My doctor recommended I take 20mg so the large bottles are better for me. The favor is a lot better than some of the others I have tried.

Works well. Last shipment were really sticky though. Hopefully next one will be better. These is the only brand that helps me sleep with no nightmares.
