This melatonin works best for me and has a yummy flavor. This is the cheapest place I find it.

I really like Natrol’s gummies and strawberry pills. I have tried Ambien and edibles and they both leave me groggy in the morning, but not Natrol Melatonin. I’ve tried other brands of Melatonin and I needed more than 10 mg to help me sleep. This is the best for me.

Like another reviewer mentioned, the last bottle of these melatonin gummies I bought have a terrible chemical taste. This was not the case with any of the other bottles I purchased over the last year or so. I thought maybe I just got a bad batch, but it appears that I’m not the only one who had this issue.

It works good

Agree with others that there is a putrid taste to these now. When we emailed the company they said suppliers changed an ingredient and they are still completely safe. They said a few lots were affected. They said they would refund it. We bought another bottle with a different lot number and we it was still awful.

Helps sleep

These are 10mg PER SERVING, with a serving being 2 gummies, not each. PER SERVING is printed very tiny under the 10mg on the bottle. At first glance it appears that this is a better deal than the 5mg gummies on the shelf next to it but the are actually more expensive.

My body was more relaxed after consuming some gummies, but I had to take at least 5. They did not promote sleep. At all.
