These are my favorite melatonin gummies. They work great and are easy to chew. I usually half one and that is plenty to get to sleep. I take about one hour before I want to be asleep.

I’ve been taking these Melatonin gummies for about a month. They help me get to sleep at night, but I’m not really wild about the taste. I had been taking a different brand of Melatonin gummies and I liked the taste of those, but I decided to give these a try because they were less expensive. I probably won’t buy these again.

I’ve bought several bottles for over a year and take them every night before initial sleep and again when I awake usually 3-4 hours later. They tasted really good and are effective for sleep. I bought a new bottle and the gummies have a really bad chemical taste and smell off. I went back to the same Sam's Club and purchased 2 more and they have the same chemical taste and smell. All have the expiration date of Feb. 2024. I’m not sure if they reformulated or what but not sure I will repurchase these.

I got these when they were on Instant Savings %26 felt the discount combined with the 10 mg was worth buying over the MM 5 mg gummies. I guess I didnt read the really fine print where it said it is 10 mg per 2 gummies. After a few nights of them not helping at all, I came here to look at reviews only to realize you must take TWO gummies to get the full 10 mg. The MM gummies taste better, have a better texture, and cost lest. These have an odd texture and cost more.
