I love Natrol melatonin! I chew two about 30 minutes before bedtime and I fall asleep so quickly. The gummies taste really good, too. I savor them as if they were candy. These are my favorite melatonin gummies. They work great and are easy to chew. I usually half one and that is plenty to get to sleep. I take about one hour before I want to be asleep.

I’ve been using this product for a few years now. I have no issues falling asleep, but I do wake up often in the middle of the night. Probably my hormones. This product helps to minimize the number of wake ups that I have, and I feel like I get a more quality and restful sleep. This is non habit forming, and you only need a couple of chews to get the job done.

I’ve been taking these Melatonin gummies for about a month. They help me get to sleep at night, but I’m not really wild about the taste. I had been taking a different brand of Melatonin gummies and I liked the taste of those, but I decided to give these a try because they were less expensive. I probably won’t buy these again.

I’ve bought several bottles for over a year and take them every night before initial sleep and again when I awake usually 3-4 hours later. They tasted really good and are effective for sleep. I bought a new bottle and the gummies have a really bad chemical taste and smell off. I went back to the same Sam's Club and purchased 2 more and they have the same chemical taste and smell. All have the expiration date of Feb. 2024. I’m not sure if they reformulated or what but not sure I will repurchase these.
