II prefer the pills over the gummies with all medicines. I set up my pills for a week at a time and the gummies take up too much room in the pill cases inadition they dry out. I don't like having to injest food dyes either.

We have gotten these a few times and they were good. This last time I ordered two bottles and they taste horrible. I will not be ordering these in the future.

Natrol brand of melatonin is my preferred supplement. It works. For these gummies the serving size is two gummies so it's 90 count or good for 45 days. It is still a good value. I will buy again.

These do not work for me. I can take six of them and no help at all. Still lacking sleep. Was a total waste of money but they were flavorful. Ended up in the garbage tho.

Been ordering these gummies for a while now and they are usually good. This last bottle smells and tastes funny. Not sure if I got a bad batch or formula is different now.

Loaded with sugar, they are so sweet. I wish I had looked at the ingredients before ordering. I am sad that so many vitamins have gone to gummy form, it's so unhealthy. The sugar gave me hot flashes and made for a terrible night.

When every other product on the shelf shows 5mg or 10mg per tablet/gummy, this brand puts "Per Serving" in a smaller font. These are 5mg gummies, with "10mg per serving" of two gummies. Will not purchase again. Will not recommend.
