I hate drinking plain water, and now I am under an eye doctors orders to drink 64 oz of water a day. True Lime along with some Sweet and Low (saccharin) turns plain water into limeade, and now I can drink water!

I start everyday with True Lime, True Lemon or True grapefruit in my water. Carry it with me to refresh as I refill during the day, love the taste and the added benefit of extra vitamin C

I add lime crystals in my other drink mixes to give it a little bit of different flavors. I also use the lime crystals in my salsa to give it a little bit of flavor or my guacamole. It's great in cooking.

I'm rarely without packets of this stuff. They fit nicely in an old TicTac container so you can bring them with you. One packet in a 16 or 17 oz bottle is perfect. I'm drinking so much more water because of these things.
