I like spinach and kale cut up into salad with extra virgin olive oil, a dash of salt and two packets of crystallized true lime sprinkled over it. I get a delicious, healthy leafy green vegetable and it's much.healthier than just a lettuce salad, plus it tastes so good. The crystallized true lime really makes it flavorful.

I really like this stuff

I just found this product a few weeks ago and really like it. I add to my aquafina bottled water. believe it or not but I just recently found out that the water used is really important for taste. aquafina doesn't have any added minerals it's just filtered water I tried it in my great value water and it did not taste good because of the added minerals. I used two packets in each bottle and it makes drinking water much easier and a good substitute for soda or something bad for you. it's a really good and a cheap alternative and from what I can tell it's very healthy and I'm not worried about drinking several a day.
