I have been a longtime fan of Diet Coke with Lime. I was disappointed when it was discontinued several years ago, and again when its recent re-release was only temporary. I learned to use True Lime as an additive to Diet Coke and other canned and bottled drinks to add that distinctive lime flavor without having to keep a supply of fresh limes on hand. It is so convent and easy to use - no need to cut and squeeze fresh fruit or to discard fruit that has spoiled before use - just tear open the packet of powdered lime juice and add to your drink or cooking project. Has a real line taste, none of the “off” taste of bottled lime juice. Love it!

I mostly use the lime and lemon flavors for cooking, when I don't have fresh fruit on hand. One packet is enough for 2 servings of Thai style noodles or black beans.

I love the convenience of a lime that does not go to waste after several days. This product is saving me money that I would otherwise waste in limes that I used to buy at grocery stores and I had to toss out after a week because they go bad.

I dont know if it is as healthy as fresh,but it keeps you from running down to the grocery store all the time and I believe it tastes just as good with sweetner in it.

This are really simple to use on pretty much anything you need a lime for, especially used on soups; also like putting in a packet into a water bottle for a taste of lime

Amazing natural lime flavor, easy to keep in lunch or gym bag to flavor bottled water. Good with gin and tonic. No funny aftertaste, no sticky residue or fake sugars

Weak flavor, hard to open packet that doesn't allow product to be easily poured from, doesn't tase like "Lime Jello" no matter what you do to it, no matter how many I use or doctor it up with sweetners, etc. If you want something that tastes SLIGHTLY BITTER, then this is Ok, if you want something that tastes like Lime or smells like lime, this won't satisfy that desire.
