[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I first had True Lemon 4 years ago and it tasted so much like fresh lemons that I stopped buying fresh. When I realized i could get lime juice I was so excited. Finally I could make sour mix for fresh tasting Margaritas while traveling. I forgot limes for tacos but this was sitting on my shelf ready. I was making pad thai and the store was out of limes but it was fine because I still had True Lime. Theses products are great for people like me who never use that bag of limes fast enough. Literally genius!

Right now I'm just using them in a glass of water, but I'm planning to start using them in my cooking and baking over the holidays. I think they will add interest to otherwise "plain" shortbread and other treats. Can't wait to start testing them out!

I’ve been using True Lime, True Lemon, True Grapefruit. True Orange for many years. I use in cooking and add Lime & Lemon to my water for taste and mainly to help prevent kidney stones. I recently told my Urologist about it, she had not heard of it and was very pleased to know.

I don't really like plain water but I also don't want to be consuming a lot of sugar or artificial sweeteners. True Lime, True Lemon, True Grapefruit, and True Orange are a great way to add natural flavor without calories.

Don’t have any fresh limes around for a recipe that calls for lime zest? Well use 1/2 of a packet and you’ve got the problem solved. The proof of how good this stuff is … is really in how you can used with food. Guacamole always needs fresh lime juice right? Not with True Lime! JetBlue even serves this instead of fruit wedges because it’s good and travels well. That’s how I discovered it. Try True Lemon too!

1 packet of True Lime in a tall glass of Tonic water with a little ice.. So refreshing! It's like a mock skinny margarita (or mojito with some mint). I keep the lemon and the lime in my purse when dining out so I don't have to repeatedly ask a waitress for lemon wedges for water/ice tea, and, I don't care for the bitter rind taste of fresh lemon or lime in my water and drinks. These are just perfect!!

I tried it after seeing a TikTok on adding it into Diet Coke and was absolutely delicious! I have been trying to avoid diet sodas, but recently gave up alcohol 100% so allowing myself diet soda a couple of times a week. Adding the True Lime to a Diet Coke makes it taste even more like a treat!

Really delicious. Glad I tried it. True Citrus has great quality, authentic-tasting products. My only problem, now, is too much Vitamin C per packet. Could the % level be brought down to 25% or 50%? As, I, personally use quite a bit for meals, and I sense there's way too much C intake. Would it be a possibility? Thanks for a good product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was once a good product. The lemon packet in a cup of tea burned my mouth, lips and tongue. Citric acid would be the culprit. I’m not looking forward to trying the lime packets in anything. The product was far too expensive to be this bad.
