This product is great but the large box and extra packaging was extremely wasteful. I am sure they can do better.

The powder is a solid mass inside the packets. I thought it one or two packets but appears to be all of them.

I love the True Lime packets. No more messy or hard lime slices. I have been ordering 500 box for several years.

My husband loves True Lime adding to a special drink he makes. So much more convenient than having to keep fresh limes on hand.

Like both flavors. I buy the 500 ct bulk boxes, and I find empty packets. A little more quality control maybe?

The shipment was prompt and accurate. Some of the packets are hardened however. I was not expecting that.
