[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I suffer from osteoporosis and I thought this would be perfect to try for my joints and I followed the directions and took the two tablespoons and it wasn’t bad going down it kind of reminded my cough syrup .it really wasn’t bad tasting I woudnt say I love it but it was ok tasting the only thing I noticed was it does have an after taste that kind of lingers in my mouth for about 10 minutes ,I will continue to take it and Evan though the taste isn’t great I will prob buy another bottle becase It does what I need for my problem so overall I think I can live with the taste if it helps my joints

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just so you know...this liquid for joints is not a quick fix for knee or any joint pain. It takes time (more than 1 bottle, more than 1 week of daily use) to build up in your system. For it to continually work, it has to be taken all the time. Knowing this, it doesn't help every single person. I did not like the taste of it warm, straight out if the bottle (2 Tbs). It tasted like medicine, but not so much that it's undrinkable. Diluted in water or juice it is easier to swallow. Chilled even bettter. I didn't have any ease in my joint movement after using this, but it takes time and more than a couple of bottles to show any improvement. Of course if your joints are Arthritic, then this might help some but it won't work a miracle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took this glucosamine every day as directed, for 16 days, as part of my morning vitamin regimen. It did nothing to improve my joint health or movement. This may be one of those things that takes longer than 16 days before it starts working, but if I’m going to spend money on something, I want to know it’s going to work before I do. The taste & texture of it was fine, it was like taking cough syrup. The directions said it could be mixed into juice but I just took it as is. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend.

I’ve noticed that my joints are less tight after a run. The taste isn’t bad if you mix it with water. I thought the packaging is thoughtful as well it includes a measuring cup that sits flush to the cap so it’s great for throwing into a gym bag.

I will suggest to cut the suggested amount in half or might end up with diarrhea. The taste is horrible so add it to the juice. You will thank me later

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this product from Influenster about 3 weeks ago, but I haven’t started doing a review yet because I wanted to feel the effectiveness of this product. I work in the hospital and move a lot during 12-hour shift. My knees and legs have become painful and tired. I tried some kinds of glucosamine brands before, but I love this one because its berry tasted liquid and powerful effectiveness. My legs have felt better with less pain and more comfort. I will buy a new one to support my bones and cartilages.
