It has vitamin D to support healthy bones and muscle function. It has hyaluronic acid and MSM. It does smell like berries but I am not a fan of syrups.

I mix it with water, crystal light, and powdered collagen. The flavor is a light berry flavor that I barely noticed on the day that I forgot the crystal light. I like that flavoring is light since I am able to add it to any drink without distinctly changing the taste. I have noticed a slight difference in my joints and joint pain in the past few weeks. I typically have a tough time with my knees, in particular because of arthritis. This supplement has eased that issue and made it easier for me to do CrossFit more seamlessly. I’m certain that once I use this longer, the results will be even better. I love that this supplement is liquid because it doesn’t have to dissolve. I can use it immediately and don’t worry about it clumping in my drink. So far this joint supplement has worked for me and I plan to purchase it in the future. I feel like this product is slowly decreasing my pain but will need more time. I will buy it and continue to take it as long as it keeps working.

I have weak knees, and I've experienced difficulties navigating stairs. Since I started taking joint movement glucosamine, the pain relief has been faster than I expected. It's like magic water for me. I'm happy to have found a liquid, since I have difficulty swallowing pills. This is my second bottle. I can't drink it as a straight shot; however, mixing it with water seems easier to gulp down. The berries flavor was alright, a little salty. In brief, this product is very effective for keeping arthritic knees and other joints well lubricated.
