[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love Nature's Way Joint Movement Glucosamine. It was fast acting and my joints felt so smooth all day long. I wasn't sure I was going to like a liquid supplement but it was fine. The berry flavor was good. I diluted it with some water but it can be added to juice or taken alone. I will definitely continue to use this supplement.

It did nothing to improve my joint health or movement. This may be one of those things that takes longer than 16 days before it starts working, but if I’m going to spend money on something, I want to know it’s going to work before I do. The taste & texture of it was fine, it was like taking cough syrup. The directions said it could be mixed into juice but I just took it as is. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend.

I chase it with water because it sits heavy in my stomach. I don't know how effective it is since the bottle only has 16 servings (seems expensive considering it costs over a buck per serving.) Hoping it helps my achey joints, but time will tell.

The bottle says you can dilute it in water but he just took it as a shot to just be done with it. It’s extremely salty tasting. It only has 16 servings in the bottle so you don’t get much out of it. He said he didn’t notice a big difference in his joint pain but maybe if you took it for more than 16 days you would feel different.

It could be doing something great on the inside that I don't know about, but the taste is hard to swallow so it's not something I would continue taking. If you're a fan of Robitussin, you'll love this. Otherwise, I would avoid.

I really like this joint compound. I couldn't even grip with my right hand. After 4 days my hand started to feel normal. Every year my hands start to ache in the spring as my exercise ramps up. This formula takes care of it. I bought 3 of the large bottles.

The flavor wasn’t the greatest but I took alone instead of diluting it like the bottle says you can. It helped tremendously with my joint pain though! I finished it a week ago and my hip pain is back which is why I now plan to buy more! Just wish a bottle was more than a 2 week dose
