[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This showed up on time. I had just ran out on my Noni and needed something. I thought it was going to be thick and extremely sweet, but it really wasn't. It's sweet but it's manageable to handle on the taste.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just so you know...this liquid for joints is not a quick fix for knee or any joint pain. It takes time (more than 1 bottle, more than 1 week of daily use) to build up in your system. For it to continually work, it has to be taken all the time. Knowing this, it doesn't help every single person. I did not like the taste of it warm, straight out if the bottle (2 Tbs). It tasted like medicine, but not so much that it's undrinkable. Diluted in water or juice it is easier to swallow. Chilled even bettter. I didn't have any ease in my joint movement after using this, but it takes time and more than a couple of bottles to show any improvement. Of course if your joints are Arthritic, then this might help some but it won't work a miracle.

It's also sugar-free, gluten-free, and SHELLFISH FREE. Also, it is fast absorbing and comes with a 2 Tbsp cup. I didn't give it 5 stars simply because I just received it and don't know if it works yet. I have taken the first daily dose, and I do suffer with joint issues. Once I use it for a few days, I will edit my review.

OH MY GOODNESS... I have been taking Osteo BiFlex for a long time and my body aches were getting worse, I thought oh my is my arthritis that bad? So my hip has been giving me grief for a long time well over 2 years, I am overweight and I lost 100 pounds but still overweight and the pain did not ease up at all even though everyone said lose weight the arthritis will ease up. So I did, not one thing changed with the pain. I decided to change to all liquid form vitamins and that included glucosamine. I have been on this for about 3 weeks and my hip pain is just about gone!!! GONE I say. My back pain has eased up too. The taste to me is undesirable but heck for no pain I will drink whatever and deal with the 10 seconds of heavy syrup. I did mix it with 1/4 cup of water and it tasted better but I just take a swig out the fridge every morning and MOVE on :) I was not able to lay at all on my hip for longer than 5 min prior to using this, now I can do over an hour and I can walk and ride my bike without wobbling afterwards.

It’s a nice large bottle and after reading the reviews it stays clear of exactly how it helps. My joints have been feeling stronger and healthier. I feel like I have increased energy levels and I’ve been feeling much more at ease as I workout now. It’s definitely an amazing product super thankful to have received it!

After taking this for a couple of weeks my body hasn't predicted rain so it must be working. I don't take the full dose because I'm a small person and it makes sense that one size doesn't fit all, so at 5 ft 3 in. tall average weight one tablespoon a day is working just fine for me.

Could be better, but it’s a dietary supplement so can’t expect much. Much needed to continue to have healthy joints

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually take turmeric to help with my joints but since trying these, I may switch. It’s effective and fast absorbing. I’ve noticed that my joints are less tight after a run. The taste isn’t bad if you mix it with water. I thought the packaging is thoughtful as well it includes a measuring cup that sits flush to the cap so it’s great for throwing into a gym bag.

I work in the hospital and move a lot during 12-hour shift. My knees and legs have become painful and tired. I tried some kinds of glucosamine brands before, but I love this one because its berry tasted liquid and powerful effectiveness. My legs have felt better with less pain and more comfort. I will buy a new one to support my bones and cartilages.
