I really feel an improvement in my knees daily and also noticed I'm much less sore the day after a work out now! The only downside is the taste, it tastes slightly like medicine, but it is not too bad and once you wash it down with water there is no issue. Try it out!

This stuff seems to do the trick and helps lubricate my joints so my knee doesn’t hurt anymore. It’s easy to take. I just use the cap and shoot it down. You could put it in juice or water if you don’t like the taste. I prefer the liquid over taking a bunch of pills.

I hate taking the pills because they are so large and really hard to swallow. I love this liquid form so much better. It’s not the best taste but it definitely is easier to swallow and take down. I will be getting this version from now on. It just make taking glucosamine so much easier .
