I noticed improvement in my finger joints and knees. To improve the taste, mix this with water or juice and squeeze in several drops of natural lemon. It's amazing how much better this tastes with lemon mixed in!

All I can say is that it’s sugar-free, gluten-free, shellfish free and has a berry flavor. I can say it’s like my favorite flavor but taste bad I’m trying and I’m using this product just to keep my joint movements in place ,I don’t suffer of joint problems so this is just to prevent what can affect me in the future. I am a bike lover, so I’m biking every single day, especially in the nighttime, and all I can say like my legs they’re not getting sore so fast and the joints are more flexible. The only downside is the taste, it tastes slightly like medicine, but it is not too bad and once you wash it down with water there is no issue. Try it out!

It works for me. I have moderate arthritis in my neck. It is not a super drug. I find that when I use it daily my neck does not bother me. However, when I stop using it for a week or so the pain returns. My suggestion is you try it for a month and see if you notice a difference.
