I feel like this product is slowly decreasing my pain but will need more time. I will buy it and continue to take it as long as it keeps working.

It gives me a supplement of glucosamine to help tendons, ligaments, cartilage, and fluid around my joints. It also contains chondroitin to help cartilage and the connective tissue around my joints. It helps prevent cartilage from breaking down. The bottle comes with 16 servings. It has a small cup that I drink it out of. It has a Berry flavor that tastes alright. It says it can be mixed with other liquid or water, but it was good enough to just drink my daily dose. This also has Vitamin D3. This is a great way to get my daily dose and help my joints function properly.

I enjoy that they include a little measuring cup with it that fits over the cap. I have been looking for a good joint supplement and I am happy to have received this as a sample. I will say that the berry flavor is a little strange - it tastes subtly like cough syrup. I think it would taste fine mixed in with juice as they suggested (my choice would be something tart like cranberry). I might not buy this as my every day joint supplement due to the taste but it is easy enough to power down 2 tbsp. I have no doubt that the product does what it says it will do.

They feel better after exercise, not as achy as they used to be. I have a few joint issues - knee, shoulder, neck etc. it didn’t relieve some arthritic feeling in my fingers. This liquid supplement is berry flavor. Taken straight from the bottle, the taste reminds me of an overnight cold treatment, not in a good way. Mixing it with water was the trick for me. I think I’d see more improvement if I continue using it. 4 stars for the flavor profile. Would have been 5 if I didn’t have to mix it.
