I like them

I had been buying another type of Biotin from Sam's club which was a small white capsule. When I ran out, I found it wasn't available any longer, so I tried this one. Unfortunately, these are a soft gel which is very large and difficult for me to swallow. I ended up throwing them out after struggling to get them down for a couple of weeks. If you have a problem with swallowing large pills, this product is not for you.

I started talking these only 2 weeks ago and can already tell the difference with my nails.

Talk about bang for your buck what a value

Wife takes them. No complaints yet but her nails and hair def seem longer and stronger

Have not been taking these for very long. Only started less than a month ago

My doctor recommended you don't consume this much Vitamin A

I've used this product for months and it did not work for me. I'm going back to Nature's Bounty which did work.
