Ok, so whatever these are made of, the leave an orange residue in everything! Probably the orange beeswax. Seem to do the job but i'll switch once this bottle is empty.

very hard to swallow. don't have trouble taking pills but these get caught in the back of your throat. I have taken them 3 times and choked really bad all three times. will not take anymore. will not purchase again

I am not impressed. The pills are HUGE and do not dissolve. I do not feel they are effective as I have had other brands and see better results.

My nails were constantly breaking and splitting and this supplement quickly strengthen my nails to where they are not breaking or splitting anymore.

I saw no difference and when adding these to my pill boxes- the coating comes off at room temperature and stains the pill box.

I've been taking these since Feb. My hair has grown longer. Stronger nails too.
