After taking the Members Mark Advanced Hair, Skin & Nails for a month I can totally tell the difference in how my skin looks. My skin has a total glow now and I can tell my skin has so much more moisture, it doesn’t look as dry as normal. This is huge being that I live in a very dry climate. I cannot wait to see what the long term effects it will have on my hair.

A great daily supplement to add to anybodies routine. Noticed a huge improvement to my nails and skin right away after taking it daily. Easy to swallow and no after taste or upset stomach if yoj take it with out eating something.

Stronger nails and longer hair! This stuff works... My hair is feeling stronger and longer and my nails have grown souch so I've had to cut them because they got so long. I've always struggled with growing my hair and nails, but this has definitely seemed to help me.

I waited with my review to have a couple of weeks to take the pills to see how they worked. First off they are softgels with a easy open lid.I have not had any indigestion. I have noticed that my paper thin nails are much stronger and not breaking. Also, I have not been losing as much hair in the shower. I was clearing the drain 2 to 3 times each time I showered, now it's only once. I will continue using the softgels daily and buy more.

I’ve only taken these for a couple of weeks. I will definitely need to take these for a longer period of time to fully review these. The pills are about the same size as the krill oil pills that I take. They don’t have an after taste and are easy to swallow. I will admit that I have started to see more baby hairs growing so I believe they are working. I have noticed less breakouts on my skin and my nails seem to be growing better.

Only time will tell with these supplements. I feel as if I do have new hair growth only taking them a few weeks. I'm really excited to see the length that my hair grows. I definitely have noticed so far.

I was excited to try the hair, skin and nails supplement because my nails were cracking and uneven. I was wanting to strengthen them and was hoping to see a huge improvement. I took the supplement for a month, and my hair seemed much healthier, but my nails didn't improve as much as I had hoped. The soft gel is very easy to swallow, and I believe that it's helped strengthen my hair.
