I have had recent severe hair loss from 6 months on GLP-1/GIP meds and have been using a collagen powder supplement in the hope of stopping it to no avail. But, I started using this supplement (in addition) a few weeks ago and am still losing hair from the roots but have a whole crop of short hairs growing in now. It could just be coincidental due to the timing of being off the meds for three months but I’m not a big believer in coincidences 😉

Hair has been thinning out for a while now. Though I would try these because they contain biotin. They are working great. Only been about 3 weeks and my hair already feels and looks thicker.

This has helped my nails and some on my hair, not to sure on skin would definitely recommend if you need a boost on your nails or hair!

OK so I have always wanted the hair I had back in high school so I’ve tried a lot of vitamins, supplements, topicals… All of that. I have taken this product every day for about a solid 30 days and I feel I am equipped to give an honest review. My skin does feel and look better. It feels hydrated and plump. Especially since winter just knocked on our door this has kept me from scaly Skin My nails have definitely grown out faster than they ever have so that is pretty amazing and lastly, regarding my hair… I can’t say my hair is noticeably longer. But I do feel that there was less breakage, but the star of the show would be my lashes which is crazy and definitely not expected, but my eyelashes are longer than they ever been and I actually stopped wearing my falsies because I feel more confident with my natural lashes that I ever have! I was excited to try the hair, skin and nails supplement because my nails were cracking and uneven. I was wanting to strengthen them and was hoping to see a huge improvement. I took the supplement for a month, and my hair seemed much healthier, but my nails didn't improve as much as I had hoped. The soft gel is very easy to swallow, and I believe that it's helped strengthen my hair.

I have always heard women talk about these pills or ones similar and how wonderful they work, especially for their nails. I was hesitant to try this, but I did and my nails are not quite as brittle as they usually are, i have not noticed a difference in my hair or skin.

I recently bought these instead of my usual Natures Bounty Hair, Skin and Nails supplement. I have to say that I was very disappointed when I got home and compared the two products. Natures Bounty is far superior, offering a much better combination of vitamins and minerals than the Members Mark brand. I will just have to continue purchasing my supplements elsewhere.

We previously purchased Members Mark Biotin which is no longer available so we settled for this product which we will be returning. The Biotin was a capsule and easy to swallow instead of Softgels which stuck in my wife's throat both times she tried to take it.
