I love these vitamins! I have taken them every morning with breakfast for the past couple weeks and I already see a difference in my nails. I haven’t noticed a difference in my hair yet but that might just need more time to see a difference as hair growth takes more time.

I have only been taking these supplements for about a week, so I haven’t noticed much of a difference yet. I do like that the bottle has an easy flip open lid, even though it is not childproof. The actual pills are a medium size, not hard to swallow. They also have a smooth gel coating on the outside. Hoping I will see the benefits of taking them soon.

I’m always up for trying new things, and I enjoy having a good vitamin in my routine. This one was specifically for hair, skin, and nails, and since I lack biotin, I appreciated that it included it. I also liked that it had no sugar or synthetic dyes. The supplement turned out to be even better than I expected. The bottle had a picture showing the actual size, which I doubted at first—but it really was that size! They don’t have any noticeable taste going down, which is a plus. I’ll update later on how they’re working for me.

These vitamins are perfect. They have all the right ingredients I was looking for. They are easy to swallow a decent size and has a good coating. So no funny aftertaste like other vitamins. I’ve been taking them for a week or so. Not sure I can see results yet. But i definitely have had no side effects.

I received these vitamins for free as part of a review program. It is a little difficult to write a review on these vitamins, as it often takes a while to see a difference after you start using vitamins, but I can tell you what I know. First off, I wasn’t thrilled about the “other ingredients”. First ingredient listed is Safflower oil. They also contain Sunflower Lecithin, so this could definitely be an issue for anyone trying to eliminate seed oils from their diet. Four stars because of unnecessary seed oil. On the upside, the soft gel type pills are indeed actual size as shown on the bottle. They are easy to swallow, with no delectable taste. I want to say it seems like my nails have been growing stronger and healthier, but it’s hard to say. I’ll have to come back and update after I’ve used them for a while and let you know if I notice any other differences.

The package is good on these vitamins and the caplets are a good size (not so big that they are hard to swollow). I have only taken them for about a week so it hasnt been long enough for me to notice any changes in my hair, skin or nails yet but I haven't had any bad side effects.

I started taking this product because I really wanted to improve my skin hydration and improve my hair to be thicker and stronger. I really like how there are 120 soft gel tablets per bottle. Also, I like how there is no sugar, no synthetic dies, and no artificial preserves.

The product is fantastic and the price is not bad either!

So happy to find this combination because I previously had been taking 2 separate pills.
