I was excited to try the hair, skin and nails supplement because my nails were cracking and uneven. I was wanting to strengthen them and was hoping to see a huge improvement. I took the supplement for a month, and my hair seemed much healthier, but my nails didn't improve as much as I had hoped. The soft gel is very easy to swallow, and I believe that it's helped strengthen my hair.

But I do feel that there was less breakage, but the star of the show would be my lashes which is crazy and definitely not expected, but my eyelashes are longer than they ever been and I actually stopped wearing my falsies because I feel more confident with my natural lashes that I ever have! So YES. Buy this product and try it out for yourself. You will not be disappointed.

I’ve been taking this product for a few years and have always purchased it from Sam’s Club. I’m not sure if they recently changed brands or manufacturers, but the pills are noticeably different now. They’re much larger than before and have a different shape. Unfortunately, this new design makes them difficult to swallow and a potential choking hazard. They tend to turn and angle awkwardly when going down, which is uncomfortable and concerning. Just something to be aware of if you’re considering buying this product.

It is okay, but I think I will go back to the gummie I have always taken. I like it better. You don’t carry it anymore.

A great daily supplement to add to anybodies routine. Noticed a huge improvement to my nails and skin right away after taking it daily. Easy to swallow and no after taste or upset stomach if yoj take it with out eating something.

I’ve only taken these for a couple of weeks. I will definitely need to take these for a longer period of time to fully review these. The pills are about the same size as the krill oil pills that I take. They don’t have an after taste and are easy to swallow. I will admit that I have started to see more baby hairs growing so I believe they are working. I have noticed less breakouts on my skin and my nails seem to be growing better.

I’ve been using one of these along with a hydrolyzed collagen supplement (about 7-10g/day) for about 2 years now. I started when my hair began to break and fall out due to perimenopause and stress.
