Product is quick and easy to take. Pills arent to big and dont contain a after taste. Ive only been able to take for a week but nails are growing and hair is healthier looking. Ive been feeling good lately.

I already love these vitamins. I have been taking these for about a week and I feel like I have notice a difference in my nails already. I’m excited to see how my hair responds. I feel like my skin is improving as well.

Still early to tell, but I think they are helping. I have noticed that my nails don’t break as easily anymore. I haven’t noticed my hair growing any faster than usual, but I have noticed I shed less and lose less hair while brushing.

I've been taking this product for a few years and have always purchased it from Sam's Club. I'm not sure if they recently changed brands or manufacturers, but the pills are noticeably different now. They're much larger than before and have a different shape. Unfortunately, this new design makes them difficult to swallow and a potential choking hazard. They tend to turn and angle awkwardly when going down, which is uncomfortable and concerning. Just something to be aware of if you're considering buying this product.

I'll never know if this works or not. I've taken this three times, the first time got lodged in my throat and wouldn't go down immediately with lots more water-VERY scary. The second time I softened it in water first and it went down hard, but ok. This morning I softened it up first but it still got lodged. I take CoQ10 in a similar type pill with no problems so I think it's the coating. Seems like a major choking hazard.

Ineffective

I have been buying Member's Mark biotin for years. It contained 250 caps of only vit C 60 mg, Biotin 10,000 mcg, zinc 9 mg and keratin 100 mg. It has just been reformulated with only 5000 mcg biotin, keratin 100 mg, ADDED vit. A 4,000mcg (3,000 mcg is upper level daily dose!), vit. E 4.7 mg, hyaluronic acid 120 mg, amia extract 100 mg. mixed carotenoids 10mg. Oh, and only 120 soft gels. I wanted the 10,000 mcg biotin, but now they have added a TOXIC amount of vit. A and are giving me less than half the amount of caps for more $$$. This is NOT acceptable.

I had been buying another type of Biotin from Sam's club which was a small white capsule. When I ran out, I found it wasn't available any longer, so I tried this one. Unfortunately, these are a soft gel which is very large and difficult for me to swallow. I ended up throwing them out after struggling to get them down for a couple of weeks. If you have a problem with swallowing large pills, this product is not for you.

It is a good product. It is easy to swallow with the size being relatively small. I haven't been using it long enough to tell if it is really working, so I can't give it a yeah or nah. But overall I think it will be of positive results, fingers crossed!! A+
