I already love these vitamins. I have been taking these for about a week and I feel like I have notice a difference in my nails already. I’m excited to see how my hair responds. I feel like my skin is improving as well.

I haven’t been taking these long enough yet to know if they are going to help improve my hair, skin, and nails, but I will update the review as I can. I will say, though, that they are much larger pills than I expected.

I'm amazed at how my nails are no longer thin and flexible. My nails are growing and healthy. My hair? The amount of hair that comes out after coming or brushing is less than minimal now. Best purchase I made for myself this year.

I cannot give a full 5 star review to this product because it is too soon to know if I see any difference in my nails, hair or skin. I will need a minimum of 6 months to actually see a difference. We shall see.

So far so good. Been taking it for a week & have noticed a couple changes but I will need to be on it longer to see the full effects. So glad Sam’s got an affordable supplement for lusher hair & nails.

I started taking these vitamins 10 days ago and I already can see a big difference on my nails and skin!!! My nails are growing much faster and my skin was been more hydrated and smooth! I would definitely recommend this brand over others.

Easy to take one tablet daily! I have noticed increased hair growth, nail strength and my skin is smoother. I think it will take some time to get full results but so far I have enjoyed benefits already.

The vitamin is a manageable size and easy to swallow. It’s reddish in color. The package is clear and easy to read and understand. I have high hope for this product as I’ve been having some thinning as I get older.
