bad product

never buy a Samsung stove , it is fire hazarders, the heating element goes to maximum by itself no matter what setting you use, it is not trustable , actually they must be in the market for sell. DON'T BUY IT

the seal is fading

This is a brand-new oven that has never been used, yet the seal is already discoloring? I can't imagine the extent of the chemical reactions after use and the potential harm they could cause to the human body!

Hi Lily, It's understandable that when new oven seals are first used, they can have some residual oils, chemicals, or protective coatings from the manufacturing process. These residues can transfer onto a towel, especially if it's damp or if there's any slight rubbing or scrubbing. It’s a common occurrence, and it can be a bit surprising when it happens.
