[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The range we had before came with our house when we bought it five years ago, and that range was easily 25+ years old. Yes, it still worked, but it had its quirks. We’ve needed a new one for a while, so we were ecstatic to get this Samsung range. It fits our space perfectly. I love that the knobs are “pinch and turn” so it’s not as easy for our 3yo to turn anything on. But if she did! Our handy dandy Smart Things app would let us know! The app was easy to install, and even to pair up between multiple phones. We haven’t done any self-cleaning yet (other than letting the oven sit on for 30mins or so, per the deliverer’s instructions, to get the “new” smell out). So far, it’s great!

I love the look of the range, but it has some issues. The panel being on the front turns on when just slightly getting bumped or touched (e.g., when cleaning). Even the knobs turn on by accident. It also looks like it has a downdraft vent when it does not. That just makes a place for crumbs to go into the slots. There really needs to be a flip up clear plastic guard that can go over the knobs and control panel to prevent accidents. It could even adhere to the stainless steel via magnets to be removed at any time. Please create one someone!

I was shopping around and came across the Bespoke line and fell in love with this range at first sight. The model was sleek with the slide in feature which I knew would look amazing with my subway tile wall. The precision knobs and updated handle that effortlessly opened the door to future cakes and meals. I knew I had to have it. When this range was delivered, it was a quick and easy process. Bye bye old ugly range that my home came with and hello Bespoke! I got the pans and ready to cook my first meal. I love the knobs and the safety feature of pressing the buttons in to turn the stove on. The burners heat up really quickly unlike my old electric range that used to take forever. Since I’m a pastry chef, I rely on using an oven a lot and the oven temperature is nice and even for a conventional oven. I opted not to get the air fryer or convection just because I feel like conventional ovens are the way to a chef’s heart. Preheating the oven is pretty quick. The first batch of cookies came out as a success. It was nice not having to use a separate oven thermometer. The temperature was spot on! I can’t wait to continue to explore my new range! Don’t miss out!

Our old range was a Samsung that came with the house when we moved in 7 years ago. The old range served us well and for the new range, it’s no surprise that we had to get a Samsung again. The new range has better features. The knobs are safer, the oven seems to heat up faster, the LCD screen is bigger and easier to use, and the range can be connected to an app that notifies when it’s turned on. Since the range is frequently used, it becomes dirty easily. Good thing is that it cleans up easily too! I chose the all-black color. It’s sleek and modern, it’s beautiful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When this range arrived, it already looked like it would outperform our previous in every way. The sleek design, the smooth top, and did I mention the control panel? This model preheats to 425° within 10 minutes, whereas the model before took at least 15. It also incudes a timer where if you accidentally leave it on, once the timer ends, it will automatically shut itself off. Furthermore, it has an easy-to-use control panel, especially with preheating. Instead of pressing an up and down button to go up five degrees every press, it takes three presses to preheat to any degree. The ventilation is quality, the warming center is handy, and cooking breakfast in the morning and dinner in the evening is a breeze. All in all, this model of oven is beautiful for all your cooking needs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our new Bespoke range for about a month and couldn’t be happier. It features an easy to clean glass cooktop that seems to be more scratch proof than my previous range. It also has child proof control knobs so I don’t need to worry about my younger nephews turning on the burners. I wanted to go with a slide in range and this one butted up right to my backsplash. The only feature I don’t love is the handle because I can no longer put a kitchen towel through the handle. I did find a work around by fixing a small stick on towel holder to the glass.

We bought this range about two months ago. The front right burner will only run on high temperature. No matter that the knob is set to. No matter where you set the knob it always runs on high. Low - burner turns to high and never stops. The other burners seem to work fine. This is a dangerous situation as we have burned a couple of things on the burner thinking that by selecting a low burner temp that it will actually heat to a low setting. Not high all the time.

The features to the stove are fantastic, like the self cleaning and also self steaming. It bakes like dream! The size of the interior is massive! I can bake multiple items at once. The precision knobs are a fantastic feature. I love that it makes it harder for children to try and turn the knobs !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice features and easy to clean low profile. Be prepared to cook a little lower in the oven than you normally do—this baby seems to only have a top element so keep an eye on things until you adjust!
