I bought this range in December 2024. I immediately had issues regulating the heat of the burners causing burnt food and ruined cookware. This is a serious safety concern considering I have two small children. I have reached out to Samsung numerous times about the concern and they’ve sent a someone to replace the faulty regulators with more faulty regulators 5 times now. Samsung’s customer service has been incredibly frustrating throughout the process as each of the visits required multiple phone calls, and request for managers that did not call back. Samsung has not taken this issue seriously, which is deeply concerning given the safety issues with the regulators. More concerning, is the fact that in each of the five visits with the technical support, there is no temperature gun used in the diagnosis of the issue. The inspection is completely visual and no temperatures or extended testing is performed. Not only is Samsung not standing by their product, but Lowe’s has also not shown any support in this process. I absolutely do not recommend this product nor would I suggest purchasing any Samsung ranges that contain the same regulators as this model. In conversation with the technical support reps , it sounds like the regulators in this model range are present in all the Samsung ranges. The level of support from Samsung has removed all confidence that I once had in this brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This electric range is all that it claimed to be and more! Sleek lines and good use of black and stainless steel gives the range a modern look. The burners, including the dual burners, accommodate pretty much any size pan or pot. The oven has plenty of space to cook multiple items, something we did not have with our previous range. The self-clean function is also easy to use. The controls through the SmartThings app is a bonus!

Easy to Use The controls are intuitive and user-friendly, and I haven't had any trouble figuring anything out. Even preheating is a breeze, and if I got the Wi-Fi enabled version, I can even control it from my phone! Overall, I'm incredibly happy with my Samsung Bespoke electric oven. It's stylish, functional, and makes cooking a pleasure. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-of-the-line oven!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our new Bespoke range for about a month and couldn’t be happier. It features an easy to clean glass cooktop that seems to be more scratch proof than my previous range. It also has child proof control knobs so I don’t need to worry about my younger nephews turning on the burners. I wanted to go with a slide in range and this one butted up right to my backsplash. The only feature I don’t love is the handle because I can no longer put a kitchen towel through the handle. I did find a work around by fixing a small stick on towel holder to the glass.

I was shopping around and came across the Bespoke line and fell in love with this range at first sight. The model was sleek with the slide in feature which I knew would look amazing with my subway tile wall. The precision knobs and updated handle that effortlessly opened the door to future cakes and meals. I knew I had to have it. When this range was delivered, it was a quick and easy process. Bye bye old ugly range that my home came with and hello Bespoke! I got the pans and ready to cook my first meal. I love the knobs and the safety feature of pressing the buttons in to turn the stove on. The burners heat up really quickly unlike my old electric range that used to take forever. Since I’m a pastry chef, I rely on using an oven a lot and the oven temperature is nice and even for a conventional oven. I opted not to get the air fryer or convection just because I feel like conventional ovens are the way to a chef’s heart. Preheating the oven is pretty quick. The first batch of cookies came out as a success. It was nice not having to use a separate oven thermometer. The temperature was spot on! I can’t wait to continue to explore my new range! Don’t miss out!

I love that the precision knobs are pinch-then-turn so it’s more difficult for our three-year-old to turn anything on. But, if somehow she does, the SmartThings app will notify us immediately.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am upgrading my kitchen and I love this sleek design! It fits into my space perfectly and makes my kitchen feel bigger. Once I get new counter tops and back splash, my kitchen is going to look so nice! The stove top and the oven heats up super fast, which makes cooking a lot faster. The oven has a large capacity so I am able to cook two things at once. I was not sure how I would feel about the knobs on the front, but they have to be pinched and turned so the dogs or kids cannot accidently turn them on. Also I have used the bluetooth technology a few times. It has come in handy to preheat the oven without having to come in the house. Lastly, the cooktop has been easy to clean.

No more worrisome thoughts about leaving the oven on. Because now with the app you can control it with your phone. We have small children so we love the locking knobs. First electric stove for us but it’s great. The sleek design and the self cleaning is great. We love this and you will too

The features to the stove are fantastic, like the self cleaning and also self steaming. It bakes like dream! The size of the interior is massive! I can bake multiple items at once.
