Loving it, After 10+ years of using our Bosch French door refrigerator it was time to change, we have LG washers and dryers around same age and very happy with both products. It's been about 20 days new LG french door refrigerator placed, Much larger space for both fridge and freezer. 4 different types of ice and 3 ice storages, old one use to run out of ice first thing in the morning. Quiet. Great lighting. Highly recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this refrigerator for about 6 months and love it. We go through a lot of ice and water and this fridge delivers. With the craft ice lasting for hours. My only issue is the glass does collect fingerprints but that was not a surprise and was a tradeoff we liked versus the SS door. We like to be able to see inside and use the outer door routinely. We still comment on how much we love this fridge!

Let me just say.... I LOVE MY LG fridge with it's 4 types of ice! It is actually often the topic of conversation when I have guests. We love it so much so that my son bought the exact same one as well! It lost a star because the ice maker in the door went bad just after the 1 year mark and the craft ice is slow, really slow to produce those awesome large balls of ice for rock drinks. I was a bit concerned when we went from a 42" wide fridge to this 36" but it really has plenty of adjustable space inside.

Our previous counter-depth fridge only had 19.8 cu ft of interior space. With that in mind, the huge capacity of this LG model is what we love most about it. To fit 26 cu ft into *almost* the same tight space is phenomenal. I say *almost* because this fridge sticks out a lot farther than my old one — not because it's much deeper, but because of the poor door hinge design. I have room to push the fridge back even more, and I could if it had better door hinges. With the design as-is, the doors will hit the cabinetry on either side of the fridge if I push it back any farther. That's my only major qualm with this model, and the only thing standing in the way of a 5-star rating. A second, minor qualm is that the doors slam shut unless you guide them all the way closed. This LG fridge is whisper-quiet, spacious, and cools to the exact temperatures you set (confirmed with two separate infrared temperature guns). The freezer is especially large, and it has an excellent layout that maximizes the available space. I also love that you can open the front of the glass panel on the right to quickly grab things from the extra large door shelves (blurred for privacy in the attached image). The "Mirror InstaView Window" knock feature is a neat novelty, but I doubt I'll ever use it. The craft ice is a nice bonus, especially the big round scotch cubes and the mini cubes that my dog loves. Wi-Fi features work fine, but they don't add much value and are unnecessary for most people. It's also worth noting that LG's installers were fantastic. They were fast, professional, and left my kitchen spotless. All in all, it's a fantastic fridge so far and I would definitely recommend it.

I like it for the most part, but there is no point in having four kinds of ice at the speed it makes ice. 6 to 12 pieces of craft ice. The bin next to it also moves absurdly slowly. I have to have a countertop ice maker, and surprised ice being made in a much colder environment is not anywhere near as fast. But again, otherwise it’s great.

FYI the extra ice bragged about here means less freezer & refrigerator space. The shelves in the refrigerator are closer together and the only way to store a gallon milk jug is on the second shelf with half of the top shelf collapsed. Again FYI LG milk isn't supposed to be store on the door. It takes so incredibly long to make enough craft ice its' existence is meaningless.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] WE love our new LG refrigerator and all of the great features. The ligted see through mirror door is a showstopper and the craft ice maker makes it all very fancy. Best of all it looks great and works fantastic. Easy to use and understand the features and has all the room we need with a counter depth size.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picture is very very wrong - the see through is BLACK ! not stainless wrap around like the picture. You will have fingerprints all over that side of the door that you have to clean all the time. LG please change the picture to show real item !!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far we are very impressed with the function of the refrigerator itself. Our main concern is the door that houses the ice maker. Even though we believe the refrigerator is level, that door slams and does not close softly. If you close that door it shakes the entire refrigerator. I am hoping this is not a flaw that cannot be fixed.

We bought this fridge about two weeks ago. So far, so great! Love the multiple ice makers and the storage for a counter depth unit is legit! Way better than the failed G.E. unit that's at the curb. I've read all the reviews and horror stories about LG products, however, two weeks in we're really digging it. I'm also writing a blog about it and appliances in general so if things go south the world will hear it from me!
