[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator had to be replaced because it never cooled or made ice. It took from 15 July till 4 September till a replacement refrigerator was authorized by LG. On 6 September replacement refrigerator was delivered and this one is working fine.

I bought this fridge for my office. After making a few adjustments, the fridge is wonderful. I love the app as well. The control I have when away from it is great. The dual ice makers are a must for a large office of water drinkers.I would 100% purchase again.

The features were similar but this has a dual ice maker which is so much more useful. The variable ice cube size maker is also a "cool" feature the previous model did not have.

Never owned one with the built in water and ice distributor. we love it.. will never buy a normal refrigerator again. It even let's me know when I need to change air filter and water cartridge. The wrong air filter cover was on the refrigerator when I went to change the air filter. I contacted LG and they shipped me the cover no charge.

Have had this model for just under a year. So far it works well, does everything it is supposed to do. One negative, the inside of the left hand door is not as deep as the picture shows. Little jars or flat jars or containers are all that will fit, that’s ok. My biggest complaint is the door alarm. Never had a fridge that you could not regulate this feature. It has one setting, LOUD. Big mistake on LG’s part. If left open for more than a minute it starts in dinging and will not stop until door is closed. Every other feature works as it should, so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am happy with the refrigerator, but the drawers in the plastic items inside it I believe are made very cheap. Would have like something a little more stronger to hold up against crack in the plastic.

We’ve had our French door refrigerator for about 18 months now, and are mostly very happy with it. Lots of storage space, great in-door ice unit, and a very nice stainless finish Our one and only complaint is that there is no way to turn off (or, at least, temporarily disable) the "open door" chime. When cleaning or filling the fridge, it goes off every few seconds. Please, LG, please add this feature ASAP!

as title says, ice maker stopped working just 3 weeks after purchase. Overall, spacious fridge in comparison to samsung I had prior. I was excited to get new fridge and now I am very disappointed as it is not acceptable for an expensive appliance to break so soon after purchase. Samsung lasted me nearly 10 years. It was worse on space, but more reliable. I am not so confident the rest of this refrigerator going to last. Going to see how LG's warranty department going to resolve this issue and possibly never buy LG appliances again.

I've had my new fridge a little over 3 weeks. Initially I was not happy ordering a counter depth but that was what would fit through the door. There are several things that I like more about this fridge than my last one. It has really big vegetable bins! I use a lot of fresh produce so this is great! I also like the square ice cubes it makes and the ice bin. Deep sides and all the ice stays in it. The exterior fingerprint resistant stainless is very nice and truly IS fingerprint resistant. It hardly gets anything on it.

The fridge looks great and seems to work perfectly, but there are a couple things we wish we had known before buying. The water dispenser only stores about 12 ounces in the unit to cool down; if you uswe more than that, it takes about 6 hours for the next 12 oz.. to be cooled down. There are no controls for the crispers in this model (LCFC26XS), nor are there controls for the Glide’N’Serve drawer below the crispers. There may be e others, but we’ve only had the fridge for two days.
