We love the dual ice makes and the extra space seems more than 1 cubic foot larger than our previous refrigerator. The counter depth feature of this refrigerator gives us more space in our tight kitchen.

We’ve had our refrigerator for 11 months. It’s been a very reliable unit. We had an issue with the ice maker fan, but that was quickly repaired under warranty. We love the space. I especially like the 2 ice makers. The ThinQ app is interesting and somewhat handy.

Have had this model for just under a year. So far it works well, does everything it is supposed to do. One negative, the inside of the left hand door is not as deep as the picture shows. Little jars or flat jars or containers are all that will fit, that’s ok. My biggest complaint is the door alarm. Never had a fridge that you could not regulate this feature. It has one setting, LOUD. Big mistake on LG’s part. If left open for more than a minute it starts in dinging and will not stop until door is closed. Every other feature works as it should, so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 18 months ago and the In Door Ice Maker fan started acting up. It will work for 2-3 days, then an error code shows up and it doesn't work for 4-5 days. This has been repeating for about a month.

We’ve had our French door refrigerator for about 18 months now, and are mostly very happy with it. Lots of storage space, great in-door ice unit, and a very nice stainless finish Our one and only complaint is that there is no way to turn off (or, at least, temporarily disable) the "open door" chime. When cleaning or filling the fridge, it goes off every few seconds. Please, LG, please add this feature ASAP!

Wish I knew before purchasing this refrigerator that the alarm could not be turned off. I have had several LG refrigerators and all of them came with this function so imagine my surprise today when I discovered others complained about this issue. Way to go Consumer Reports forgot to mention :(

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this refrigerator for about two weeks, and love it! We have model LRFXC2606S. The controls are easy to understand. The door ice maker makes great cubes and crushed ice. The design with the ice maker built into the door means that there are full width shelves in the entire refrigerator compartment. It also provides better access to the back of the ice maker.

So spacious with lots of shelves and drawers for storing fruits, vegetables, deli etc. It has an ice maker in top door, and one in the bottom freezer also for extra ice. Very easy to keep clean since it is smudge proof. I would recommend this to others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the refrigerator for only 13 months and only moved in to the house full time for the last 7 months, I month out of warranty the fan goes and has to be replaced for 455 dollars, rather expensive for a repair that took 10 minutes to fix.. Both the freezer and ice maker fan had to be replaced it’s one unit.
