Honest review

I have had to replace the heating element multiple times.

Heating element constantly goes out.

Nice machine. Highly recommend would highly suggest

Excellent Features

Purchased this dryer 4 months ago and hasn’t worked right since day 1. I figured well let’s try all settings and see. Now after 4 months the dryer still is not drying as it should. On any cycle be prepared to wait 3 to 5 hours to dry a normal load oh and so everyone is aware, they don’t have a light in the drum either, so take your flashlight with you. Finally called samsung and they said well if we don’t find anything wrong that I’ll have to pay the service fee! Oh and they will set up the appointment to come out regardless of whether it’s convenient for you. THEY  set up the appointment for yesterday 5/12/26 without giving notice! So to make a long story short don’t waste your money on this unit. I am currently looking at Maytag, %26 Whirlpool dryers to replace this one. 800.00 bucks down the drain!!!

This dryer is JUNK!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly I do a lot of laundry! I will say the top loader 4.5 does a load and. Half of laundry and dries! Line it's so supposed to. Energy efficient is a plus in the smart things app! I would highly recommend the Samsung top loader washer and dryer set! Worth the money!
